REALLY IMPORTANT MESSAGE AT THE END.
Left.
Right.
Left.
Right. My neck began to ache as my attention was glued on the ball as I watched CeCe and Niall's intense ping pong match. Ah, so this is what my life has resorted to: Watching two potential killers cuss eachother out whilst batting a ball across the table. Oh fun.
Last night, after mine and Harry's erm... Moment, he left saying he had to "Sort some things out" he hasn't been back since and that was dinner time yesterday, it's around 9 a.m. now. I am just waiting for Louis and Liam to return with food and for Harry to just return. It was sort of stressing me out not knowing where he is, I mean he basically tells me yesterday that he always wants me by his side then disappears all night? I'm so confused! I'm really starting to understand what they all mean by me not being 'emotionally stable' I am everywhere at the moment.
But the last 3 days have taught me one thing...There really is a thin line between love and hate. I don't mean like 'Love-love' just friendship love. Oh wow, I am childish... Is Harry just always right?
"Ally!" Liam calls from elsewhere in the house. Finally, they got me food.I got up; leaving after I said good bye to the competitive couple at the ping pong table. I raced into the next room, the kitchen, ignoring the vampires and the new arrival of Eleanor, I walked straight to the bakery bagel Liam was holding in my direction. I ripped it from his grasp before leaving the room in silence but not before I heard El laughing and asking the boys if they had been starving me.
Which they kind of had been, I didn't have dinner yesterday and no one realized until they heard my stomach rumble this morning. Louis and Liam felt so bad they were out the house in a flash.I haven't seen Summer all morning, well it's only half 9 so she's probably getting breakfast or in her room. Perrie slept round lastnight and her and Zayn left around an hour ago, I didn't care to ask where though. Why is it since he left lastnight every thought I've had goes straight back to where he might be?
I sat at the table in the dining room, placing the box on the table and sitting myself infront of it. I impatiently tore the box open and began eating the buttery bagel.
"Hungry, are we?"Oh so he decides to come back now?
"Where were you?" I ask, turning to face the boy in the seat next to me
"Missed me then?" He winks, I felt really strange when he did that, it is probably just anger, Alice. Don't think into it
"Where were you?" I try again. He sighs, running his fingers through his curls
"I was... Sorting some things out. I'm sorry"
"What were you sorting out?" My voice was small, afraid of his actions
"Just things, Alice... Come somewhere with me?" He looks hopeful.I don't think I should turn him down, not after yesterday. Not after he scared me and then did the sweetest thing ever.
"Uhm sure" I nod, standing up "Go get my shoes for me? The red converse?"
"Why?" He whines
"You're fast" I smile widely, he huffed before leaving the room. I straightened out my clothing which was a superman top, jeans and a burgandy zip-up jacket. Harry was soon back in the room; insisting that he put my shoes on because he could do it 'faster' and he was right not a minute later my shoes were on and done up. He held out a hand which I took as he helped me stand. I signalled him to duck down, he creased his brow - clearly confused - but I assured him it was fine.Once Harry was near squatting, i jumped on his back "Okay. Now we can go" I enthusiastically say. I heard him mutter something along the lines of 'lazy' before he shot out the house, I clamped my eyes closed avoiding the quick wind from Harry's fast running "You alright there?" He asked
"Ye-a-a-a-a-ah" My voice jumps from the slight bounce in Harry's movements
"One more mile" He replies, before pushing himself that extra bit and ran faster. I squeezed my arms around his neck tightly."Alice. I'm not moving anymore" He laughs
"Prove it" I mumble into the crook of his neck
"Open your eyes" He requests, I shook my head. He sighed as I heard his heavy footsteps at a slow pace. I told him I believe him so he carefully set me to the ground
"Greggs please" I say
"What are you talking about?" He turns his head to look at me
"I'm still hungry. Take me to Greggs"
"The bakery?"
"Do you know anyone called Gregg?" He shakes his head "Then yes, Harold the bakery"
He nods and we walk in silence the rest of the way to the bakery. Thankfully, it is way before lunch hour and the queue is short. We line up side-by-side still in silence. I heard some girls giggling causing me to look in their direction and to my pure amusement, they were giggling about Harry. I smirked going up on my tip-toes to speak in Harry's ear but I was still to short, I tugged him down a bit by one of his ringlets and whispered "Looks like you have a fan club"He looked around the shop once he was stood straight again, a smile crept onto my face as his eyes zeroed in on the giggling girls "Not them again" He threw his head back, groaning
"Again?" I laugh
"They follow me, everywhere" He states which makes me laugh even more.Soon enough we were at the front of the line ordering
"I'll have one of those" He points to a large cookie behind the glass "What about you?" He asks me
"Just a sausage roll, please"
Once, we'd paid and left, Harry said he knew where to go and I was actually having a good time so I followed him to this unknown destination."Here. Harry, really?" I say looking at the large brick wall, that I used to sit on and think when I was younger
"Yes, here. I find it fascinating watching what everyone is doing" He shruggs hopping up on the wall, he twisted his self round to face me, cheeks full with cookie
"I know you do" I mutter refering to the fact he used to follow me
"Hilarious" He retorts. I smile slightly before placing my palms upon the wall and hoisting myself up, once I'd succeeded I turned around to face the same way as Harry. We sat in silence for the most part, with him ripping the wrapper from his cookie and myself occasionally ripping parts of my sausage roll off and eating."Why do you think she's crying?" I randomly ask, pointing to a girl - around 16 - who sat on the kerb crying
"She's pregnant" The know-it-all vampire beside me replies
"You think?" I glance over at her again, noticing no one was even giving her a second look
"I know" He pauses "I hear it's heart beat"
"You can? That is so cool" He nods at my compliment."That guy is a werewolf, you know?" Harry points to a big-built guy in a expensive suit, talking on the phone with his long grey hair tied back
"You smell it, right?" I mock
"She's a ghost" He shows me a lost looking girl trying to get attention from anyone but they just look at her like she belongs in a mental clinic
"She looks so lonely" I sympathize
"She'll find her way" He assures before pointing out a short guy in his mid-forties the occasional ginger hair on his near bald head "That guy, believe it or not, is a leprechaun" My jaw dropped
"No, freaking way!" I gape
"He is! And that guy is a ogre" He points towards a really beautiful man, now that one is not true
"Bull shit"
"He is. Ogre's are some of the most hypnotizing creatures in human form just to keep you captivated in their original body" What an interesting fact. "That couple there. He's a pixie, she's a fairy" He subtly nods at a cute couple. "And she's a witch. And her dog is a unicorn" He points out a homeless lady hugging her dog.I laughed at that one. But he was dead serious. There's so much out there.
It could be anything. Absolutely anything that wants me dead.
