Chapter 28

I sit infront of my mirror completely clueless of what to do. How does one get ready for a date? Like seriously... I have never been in this situation before. I look into the reflection to see Eleanor, Perrie, CeCe and one of Perrie's friends, Jesy, who is completely oblivious to the fact she is in a house of vampires.

"Are you actually struggling this much?" Perrie smiles apparently amused by this fact
"Yes" I groan moving away from my dressing table and flopping on the bed infront of everyone "I don't even know where we're going"
"I do" Eleanor grins "Louis told me. It's very casual" She states. Though, I did gather it was casual... It's not like we're going to a 5 star restaurant all day, is it?
"How about this?" Jesy continues to raid my wardrobe before pulling out a light pink top with 'cute' written across it in white and I nod
"And these!" CeCe pulls grey jeans out of my drawers. I nod; grinning. It was a cute outfit
"Hey, Perrie" I say "Can you go get my high tops from the bottom of the stairs?" I ask
"Yeah sure"
"They're white and pink" I smile before leaving for the bathroom to get changed.

When I re-enter the room I find that all the girls are chatting away on my bed "Alice... Can I cut your hair? Please?" CeCe begs
"I'll dye it, too?" Perrie offers.

I looked down at my longish hair, the ends tickle my elbows as it sways. My mum always liked my hair but that was in the past, I need to change sometime, eh?

"Uh, sure? What colour?" I ask uneasy
"Like a mahogany?" Jesy says holding up a box that was covered in a picture of a woman that had dark brown hair but it was slightly reddish. I nod before sitting down.
"Why were you carrying dye with you anyway?" I laugh as Perrie begins to mix the dye
"Because they were buy one get one free" Jest says holding up another box of dye from her shopping bag while Eleanor passes me a towel to wrap around my shoulders. I soon felt the coldness of the dye on my scalp.

About 2 hours later my hair was cut and coloured. I don't even recognize myself, it's really weird. My hair was now just below my shoulders and had layers. My headband was removed causing my fringe to fall over my forehead but is swept to the side. I don't even look like Alice.

I slip on pink adidas ankle socks before pulling on my high tops "Please tell me where I'm going!" I beg Eleanor
"No" She says sternly obviously the humour in the question gone after the 6th or 7th time I asked her...

"Hurry up!" Harry shouts up the stairs, again. I get the feeling he is excited. I say my goodbyes to the girls aswell as thanking them for my hair and clothing choice. I hear Louis say something to Harry as I near the ground floor, I'm not to sure what it was but it's certainly entertained Harry. I stand at the end of the stairs, utterly confused as Harry is crouched over, clapping and laughing so hard he isn't even making a sound anymore he hadn't even noticed my arrival or Louis' exit.

"Uh, Harry?" I ask, he looks up meeting my questioning gaze before straightening himself out and trying to act as normal as possible "Shall we go...?"
"Uh yeah" He speaks unsure, passing me a grey hoodie "It's cold, wear this"

But apparently I wasn't fast enough because before I could even raise my arm to grab Harry already had put it on for me. Well then. He grabbed my hand and slowly began leading me to the car outside. He did the usual: opened the door for me, helping me in before getting in the car himself. I sense awkwardness.
"So, where are we going?" I ask as Harry drives, he intertwines our hands
"I don't know" He states simply
"What do you mean, you don't know?" I screach
"I couldn't decide so I'm just going to go with the flow" He smiles, I have a bad feeling about this.

20 minutes of obnoxiously loud singing later, we pulled up outside a pet store. What the hell? "Out you get, Ally" He opens my door for me. I place my hands on his shoulders as he puts his on my waist and picks me up out the car. I swear that thing is like a monster truck.
