Lost. That's all I feel. Lost. Did I really belong here? I feel like an outsider, reaching into a world where I would never be accepted into. A society forever indebted to their Queen and so many secrets kept away from me.

Do I belong here?

I used Dominic's phone to call Lawla, in hopes that I'd be able to speak to her... To know about what was happening in the real world. My world.

But nothing. No answer, no response, nothing. I so desperately needed a friend to talk to about my latest embarrassment. The Queen walked in on Tiago and my steamy session. Her face was priceless but she soon regained her icy composure.

"Tiago, my darling. We have important meetings to attend to, hope I did not disturb your, what's the word... Oh yes! I hope I did not disturb your whoring around. Surely you have not gotten enough of her last night? I heard you overly enjoyed yourself. Come along." she stated coolly, turning around and stepped out of the door but spun around to finally acknowledge me.

"Rochelle, please get dressed. Pull yourself together, this is meant for your wedding night, when it's actually socially acceptable. I'll forget about it now but next time, I won't hesitate to lock you away in your bedroom till its the wedding. Disgraceful." and with that, she shut the door, leaving both Tiago and I, in a state of shock.

I shuddered at the memory as I currently sat on my desk, overlooking the many trees which seemed to flow towards a never ending horizon.

An abrupt knock broke my trance and I quickly slid the phone in the drawer.
"Enter."

Dominic walked in with a straight expression on his face, bowed and stood upright to face me again.

"Princess, Glorina has requested your visit. It is my duty to escort you there and back." he offered with forced respect laced thickly in his deep voice. I looked into his eyes which avoided my gaze and hurt surged through me.

"Sure. It will be good to see her again." I replied, standing up and stretching my limbs. He was clearly still upset with me, but he deserved it. One little question resulted in an outbreak of rage. Now, I could slice through the tension with a knife.

I followed him into the servant quarters of the castle, which was surprisingly modern and clean. Everyone had their own rooms, small but homey, with a cute bathroom. After passing a few more doors, we stopped at our destination. I held my breath as Dominic opened up the door. I was expecting the worst. Walking in, I realised that I had nothing to be afraid of. Glorina was glowing and gave me a big welcoming smile. I ran towards her she gently embraced her. I honestly missed my friend.

"Hey, Rochelle. How are you feeling?" she asked. I looked at her pointedly and gave her a smile.

"I should actually be asking you that," I said with a wink. "but I probably don't have to because you're glowing. And I think I know why."

Glorina laughed heartily while a faint pink tint formed into her face.

"Guilty as charged." she said, raising her hands up in defense. "My quickie last night turned into a nightcap, if you know what I mean..."

I laughed and inhaled deeply, but I picked up something. A sweet, floral scent. My eyebrows shot up. I looked around and saw that Dominic was no longer in the room with us.

"Dominic has quite a sweet scent. Unusual for a man." I commented slyly, watching her facial expression. It didn't falter though.

"I'm not sure, I don't have super senses like you guys do. But it could be that he was with a woman last night, getting down and dirty." said Glorina, wiggling her eyebrows and biting her lip.
