Chapter 2 | The Party

Alexis got off the couch and went to answer the door. Katie followed her. They opened the door and saw Jordan, their best friend. Pretty soon, there was a knock on the door every 5 minutes. At first people were arriving in groups of 2 or 3, but then they were arriving in groups of 9 or 10. By 6:45, the house was full of people. The party was raging. There was loud music playing, people dancing on tables and chairs, and someone had brought alcohol. Half the people there were drunk. Katie saw a few faces she recognized, like Chloe, who was her best friend, and Mason, who was her ex-boyfriend. Mason was a major fuckboy. That is why Katie broke up with him. Now Katie was dating Ethan. Katie felt someone put their hands over her eyes. Someone said, "Guess who". She recognized the voice. It was Ethan. She turned around and he kissed her. 

Ethan: Great party babe.

Katie: Thanks. 

Ethan: Want me to get you a drink?

Katie: Sure.

Ethan: Ok I'll be right back.

While Ethan was getting their drinks, Mason came up to Katie. Katie rolled her eyes and tried to walk away, but Mason grabbed her arm, spun her around, and kissed her on the lips. Katie pushed him away and he said, "I'll come back to you later baby." Katie rolled her eyes and went to talk to Chloe. Ethan came back shortly and he asked Katie if he missed anything while he was gone. Katie decided to keep the kiss to herself and prayed no one saw them. Ethan handed Katie her drink and she drank it within 2 minutes. She drank about 5 more beers within the hour. Someone whispered something in her ear but she wasn't sure who it was because she was drunk and couldn't reocognize the voice. The person said, "Wanna go up to your room?" Katie nodded and they walked up the stairs. She laid on her back and the person laid on top of her, kissing her all over. The person whispered, "Are you sure you want to do this?" "Yes", Katie responed.
