Katie: Mom. Don't freak out.
Cindy: DON'T FREAK OUT? YOU ARE ONLY 16! HOW DID THIS HAPPEN?
Katie: I don't know.
Cindy: HOW DO YOU NOT KNOW?
Katie: Well, remember when I told you about my party?
Cindy: Yes.
Katie: Well, I may have gotten a little drunk.
Cindy: YOU WERE DRINKING?
Katie: Yes, but is that really what you want to focus on right now? Look, Mom, we can figure this out.
Cindy: We can't figure this out through the computer, so we are going to come home early.
Katie: Mom, you don't have to do that. You and Dad can finish your trip, then come home.
Cindy: No. We are coming home.
Katie: Okay. When are you going to leave?
Jeff: As soon as we can. We will talk to you later. Good-bye.
Katie: Bye.
Katie shut her laptop and started crying. Chloe went over to her and hugged her.
Katie: My parents are going to punish me forever.
Chloe: No they won't. They are going to take care of you and your baby.
Katie: Can you guys help me come up with a plan?
Alexis: Of course. What were you thinking?
Katie: Well, let's go over all of the possible options. Well first, there is abortion but I don't want to do that. Um, there is adoption, but I don't know if i want to do that either. And the last option is, I keep it.
Jordan: Okay. So if you keep it, how would you make that work?
Katie: If, and this is a big if, if my parents agree to this, we could take the guest room and turn it into a nursery. And Alexis, that daycare you work at, you could talk to your boss and see about getting me a job. And if I get that job, I could use the money to support me and the baby. So, how's that?
Alexis: I think that's a great idea.
Jordan: But before you're parents get home, we need to figure out who the father is.
Katie: How?
Jordan: Well, we can look through everyone's social media to look for a video or something of you going upstairs at the party.
Katie: That will take forever but I guess there's no other way. We have 5 hours so we need to start now.
The girls looked through Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook for an hour They found nothing. Until....
Chloe: I FOUND SOMETHING.
Katie: SHOW ME!
Jordan, Alexis, and Katie gathered around Chloe's phone and watched the video. It showed Katie going upstairs. She was walking upstairs with Konner. Konner was Jordan's ex-boyfriend. Konner broke up with Jordan about a year ago because she cheated on him. He was also Ethan's best friend. Everyone stared at the video.
Katie: Well, I guess we need to call him.
Katie took out her phone and called him. Jordan, Chloe, and Alexis listened to their conversation.
Konner: Hello?
Katie: Hi.
