What was wrong with me?


I took deep breaths as I backed up away from the mirror.


I heard shuffling from outside my door and Calum barged in.


"Bay! What happened?!" He asked looking down at the mirror.


I started muttering to myself 'Jinx is back. She's taking the best of me.' Repeatedly.


"What?" he said trying to pick up the pieces of the glass.


"Jinx is back! CALUM! OKAY?! SHE'S TAKING THE BEST OF ME I CAN'T CONTROL HER ANYMORE! I CAN'T STOP BEING ANGRY!" I yelled.


He took a hold of my shoulders as i stood right in front of him.


He looked into my eyes and even though his eyes are like heaven i hated being locked down and not being able to move.


"Calum let go." i warned.


He didn't do anything. He just continued to look into my eyes.


I could tell my eyes turned darker or something cause he backed up and ran out of the door.


I held my breath and screamed into a pillow.


The body was telling me to chase after him and knock him out but my heart said no.


It hurt inside to fight Jinx. People have told me many times that i should just except her and be her.


But i don't want to live like that. I'd rather be constantly fighting it than being it.


My body re-acted before I could stop it and i ran downstairs.


I found Calum explaining what happened to the boys and they all pinned me down.


"ARE YOU POSSESSED?!" Michael asked.


I saw Dad at the back calling someone as he looked at me shocked.


"We can't control her Zayn!" Ashton said.


"I know who could." He said calmly.

Later they all let go of me and a boy came up to me.


"Hey Miracle." He chuckled.


Derek.


"Derek. She's back and it's worse! I c-c-cant control her! I-I don't know what to do!" i said hugging him.


He cradled me into his arms and looked into my eyes.


"You'll be ok." he said.


"Sing for me." i pleaded.


The reason why Derek was the only one who could calm me down was cause he would sing me a special song, ever since my mom died i had these anger issues but therapy wouldn't work and they would not put me into the mental hospital.


"Okayyy." he huffed.


"You think you could capture her.
Beat her and dress her like a doll.
But she's more powerful than anything.
She'll make fun of it all.


I tried to tame her but she never came around.
She showed me her past and I didn't make a sound.
I told her it was ok to be this way.
She said no i'm a monster.

He made this song specially for me.


After he sang he kissed my forehead and hugged me.


I started crying into his shoulder and he cooed to me.


The boys just stood there shocked.


He carried me up to my room as i slowly fell asleep on my bed.

Derek eventually came down the stairs and threw on his varsity jacket and pushed his hair up.


"Hey Derek?" I said coming up to him.


"Yes sir?" He said.


"Thank you." i said.


He nodded "Something triggers Jinx inside Bay. You have to keep her calm. She may be scary but she's still the same girl. She gets so scared of Jinx you have to show her that you are there for her." he stated then he left.


We cleaned Bay's room glass-free and we all went to bed.


It's been a long night for everybody.


I heard a knock on my door "Come in." i said.


"Hello Mate." Harry said.


"Hello."


"Could I ask you a question?"


"Yeah sure."


"Why didn't you let Bay go on tour in the first place?" He asked crossing his arms.


"It's just. She's so precious to me and I don't want anything to happen to her. I'll miss her." i explained.


"But she's ready to do this. Think about her sometimes mate." He said patting my shoulder then leaving me there guilty.
