.: Chapter 10: Can't Spell Assassin without Sin and Twice The Ass:.

I wonder... How much drain cleaner does it take to kill somebody? I heard (well, watched on TV) that it's kind of painless, right? I mean it shouldn't take that much should it? Just a little drop here and there and sooner or later they're bound to kick the bucket. But how am I going to get drain cleaner when, technically, I'm supposed to be dead, or lost or severely hurt or something. I haven't watched the news yet so I'm not too positive.

What about eye drops? That's got to do something to you. Doesn't it make you, like, vomit everywhere or something?... Man, that's a stupid idea. Maybe it's just the fumes from the fire that's getting to me... he's bound to taste the drain cleaner. Or is it tasteless?

It's finally happening. I've officially lost it.

Is it normal for somebody to be thinking about killing their TA? It's not is it? To tell you the truth I don't want to kill him. I'm not much of a killer, which is one reason I refuse to eat chicken, beef, pork or any other poultry with a face. Is fish considered poultry? I have no idea. I turned around and reached for the nearest shampoo and squirted a small amount into my hand before messaging it into my hair. It smelt strongly of man, but I unfortunately have no choice but to use it because all of my stuff was incinerated when my house blew up.

I rinsed it out quickly, hoping the smell wouldn't be stuck in my hair from the short moment it took for me to wash it. I turned off the shower and stepped out grabbing the towel next to the rack that I had seen earlier when I came in. I dried my face before wrapping the towel around my body and walking out of the incredibly steamy bathroom.

"Oh, great, you're done." I jumped and turned around quickly clutching the towel closer to my chest.

"You scared the hell out of me." I screeched looking over at Tyler, who was lounging against the window frame his hand arms and legs crossed. The sun was just about fully out now and it was shining brightly behind him casting a golden glow to shine through the white curtains. He looked almost angelic, which is ironic seeing how he was anything but.

He smirked, his eyes trailing down my body as if he could see through my towel. Self consciously I clutched tighter, if that's even possible, at my towel and raised an eyebrow when his eyes finally connected back to mine.

"Do you need something?" I asked, only slightly annoyed, taking his position on the door frame to the bathroom.

"Uh, yeah. I wanted to tell you that I'm leaving. And I just wanted to make sure you stayed inside the house and didn't use any phones, or the internet for that matter, while I'm gone. Got it?"

I looked at him, eyes wide. He can't seriously think I am going to stay inside of this house without shit to do. Not to mention, I have school to go to also. I will be majorly behind if I don't go. Besides, what makes him think I am going to stay inside of the house while he skipped off to school or wherever he was going like he wasn't holding the Mayor's daughter hostage at his house that was only a few blocks away? What made him think that I wasn't going to call the police as soon as he left and tell them where I was? I voiced my thoughts and he just shrugged as he kicked off the wall.

"The fact that, even if you haven't thought about it you know deep down that I am the only one who can truly protect you from the guys that will start looking for you again when they don't find your dental records inside of the scraps that is your house. And you won't call anybody because there is no way for you to because I have gotten rid of any communication possible in this house. Besides," He strolled over to me so that we were only inches apart and, being the stubborn person that I am, I lifted my chin up defiantly and kept eye contact, refusing to be intimidated by the proximity of our bodies and not to mention his, just about 6 foot height to my 5'4" height.
