I was excited. After sixteen years of being homeschooled and only having the company of my brothers, Lance was a long awaited relief. "Hi!" I said to a red-headed girl sitting by herself. "I'm Tiara, what's your name?" She jumped when I first started talking.
"Oh, I'm Atropos, or Astrid is what most people call me."
"Well, nice to meet you, Astrid." Is at down next to her. "Are you excited to about coming to Lance?" I asked her trying to make small talk.
"Um, uh, well...I guess?" She was a strange girl, and I could just tell something was off about her, I just couldn't figure out what.
