Quietly, I pulled the green glowing latch and slowly opened the trunk lid. Peeking out I saw no one around and quickly jumped out. Observing my surroundings, I couldn't figure out where I was. Using my mad ninja skills, I creeped around to the front of the building. I peeked in a window and saw a bunch of kids walking around, but no sign of my sister.
I walked in the door like I belonged there so Ii wouldn't draw any attention to myself. "Hi!" I nearly jumped out of my skin when I heard someone behind me talking. I turned around to find a much older girl smiling at me. "Your awfully late. You don't have time to get any of your stuff, so you can just on in and have a seat and we'll get your stuff later."
She walked away and I went into the room she directed me towards and took a seat.
