"Ok, so this thing is over and still no sign of Tristan." Typical of my brother to not show up for something so important.
Going to Lance Academy was something my four siblings and I have been looking forward to for almost seventeen years. And the youngest of my brothers isn't even here.
"He'll turn up. Whether that will be during dinner or after, only he knows. But I do know one thing, I don't want to be in his shoes when mom and dad find out..." Leave it to my 'big brother' to point out the obvious.
"True, Timothy. Very true. Either way, it is our brotherly duty to help him out as much as we can." I pulled out my phone texted him that assembly is over.
"So should we 'mingle' with our peers, or just sit here?" Timothy asked standing up.
"Eh, we might as well start mingling." I replied standing up as wll and looking around for someone interested. "Who do you want to talk to?"
He patted me on the back before answering, "Let's go talk to our favorite brother, Tripp." And with that Timothy walked off.
I looked in the direction he was heading and saw our brother Tripp talking to a really pretty girl on the other side of the auditorium. Grinning, I followed Timothy to them.
