#12: Mahogany Tree

The guild is prepared to go out of the safe zone and gamble their lives. Akashi went to send them of and to give something to shiro. "This might be old fashion but it's the only way to hide it from the one causing this phenomena. Here is a paper which I worked on and a pen. Do your best to make a map", Akashu handed it to him. "Thank you", Shiro bowed. Akashi went close to Akame and kneeled. "I wish for you safe travel", Akashu gave a slight smile. Aika squeaked. "How romantic!", she commented. "My loyalty is only to Shiro!", Akame hid behind Shiro. They all laughed.

They rode a carriage driven by Fye and Shiro. "Those two are really close, arent they?", Rin opened. "They were the first member of the guild. They were the one who formed the guild", Akame informed. "After wards, Akame was recruited. I came and Aika also did. You and Shira are the newest part of the guild", Aris narrated. "That's not all", Akame looked at Aris. "I was actually one of the guild member of Shiro even before the apocalpyse and since the news already said. I cannot communicate with him via normal telepathy", Aris confessed. Everyone looked at him. "What was your old guild like?", Aika asked in curiousity. "Our old guild?", Aris looked at Akame. "We are once called the Phantoms. Most of them are levels higher than me", Aris smiled. "That's all?", Akame asked. Aris nodded. "You cannot fool me", Shira looked with a poker face. Aris shivered anf join Fye and Shiro. "What made you come out? You hate the roads", Shiro asked. "I want to see the horse. Horsey! Horsey!", Aris faked his laughter.

Shira checked on the outside world news. "1,500 deaths", was written in the news. "20,200 survivors", Shira whispered under her breath. Aika was sleeping on her lap. "Idiot, do you want to switch places with me? I'll be the frontliner and you'd be the back-up?", Akame asked. "Why would I be a back-up. Knights are suppose to be-", Shira didnt finish her words when she saw the expression of Akame's eyes. "I give up", Shira sighed. "Then, I'll also be a back-up", Rin volunteered. "Thank you Rin", Shira smiled at him.

Crown Rose Cemetery.
There are weird noises everywhere and the place stinks. "Zombies", Aris looked around. "Dont alarm the kids. We'll handle it here", Shiro instructed. Aris peeked inside the carriage and saw them sleeping.

The carriage stopped. Fye,Shiro, and Aris was stunned. There was a man in cloak sitting on a rock and looking at the Mahogany tree. "Is it a ghost?", Aris asked. "I cannot see his face so I wouldnt know", Shiro held to Fye. "You're both hopeless", Fye sighed and went close to the guy. The man in cloak stood up and bowed to Fye. "That's charm speak!", Shiro and Aris said unison. "It's not just charmspeak", Shira went out of the carriage. Shira's trembling in fear looking at the location they are. "Ghost might appear", Shira looked around and drew her sword. Shiro laughed. "You're acting like a scaredy cat. I hope I can record this event", Shiro chuckled. "You....laughed", Shira said in a low voice. Shiro stopped laughing and looked at Shira. Aris shrugged and went down the carriage to join Fye.

"In any case, are you trapped here because of the monsters outside. I noticed that this is the only place which monsters cannot enter", Fye smiled.

Cool looking guy with black hair and blue eyes. He's wearing a white and black cloak. 

"Why are you here?", Aris asked direct to the point. "I'm waiting for someone", Naru answered. "Who might that someone be?", Fye asked. "It's my fiance in the real life and in this game. I'm just waiting for her so we can go back home and continue with the wedding", Naru answered. Shiro stayed to watch the kids.

"She's not coming back", Aris said in a serious voice. Naru got angry and punch Aris' face. "How dare you scratch a prince's face?", Aris glared and fought back. Fye just let them be and scanned the area. Shira went in between them. "Does fighting solve anything?", Shira asked. Naru stopped but Aris was still on the hypes. Shira gave a good punch on the stomach that paralyzed him. "Aris, you're not here to ask fight with someone", Shira reminded. Naru sighed and sat at his usual place. Fye stood beside him. "Aris is a familiar face, isnt he?", Fye asked. "Uhm...she's my fiance's former guildmate", Naru answered. Shira heard it was startled. "Why arent you in the same guild?", Shira asked. "I wasnt qualified to be a part of the team", Naru turned to her direction. "Are you kidding me? You were invited but you were the one who decided that you are not worthy of the guild", Aris gritted his teeth. "Why are you so angry?", Shira asked. Fye grabbed Shira's hand and left the two lads. "They might kill each other", Shira sighed.

Fye and Shira checked Akame and the rest. They are still in a deep sleep. "Were they drugged or something?", Fye asked. "The fog is getting into their senses, creating a dozy feeling", Shiro explained. Shira pulled Shiro's sleeve. "Would you mind telling what exactly happened to your former team?", Shira requested. Shiro's eyes widened and he gulped. "Sorry, I'm not prepared with those question. If you really want to hear it, Aris might be the right person", Shiro had a little crack on his voice.
