Chapter 16

CHAPTER 16

Tylers POV

"So let me get this straight" Kassidy said as she paced back and fourth "You kidnapped Teresa, she lost her memory, and now we cant tell her anything because she'll go all loco?"

"Um ya pretty much. I feel horrible, this is all my fault" I say running my hands through my hair.

"Well the nice thing for me to say is 'oh its not your fault' but really Ty, it is your fault. I meen why didn't you tell me!? I would have helped you, you are my cousin!"

" I know, I know. I was just scared"

"Scared? Scared of what?" she asked once she stopped pacing.

"I don't know, that you would tell her and my plans would be ruined, but now I wish I never went through with this stupid plan!' I yelled slamming my hands against the counter.

"Well not all is lost, you have a second chance with Teresa now that she cant remember anything you did" she said walking towards me. "Wait, where is Teresa?"

"Shes staying at Brian's house. The guy next door." I say, jealousy building up inside me.

"Really? How does she know Brian?"

"She met him when we got here.How do you know Brian?"

"Well he always has these party's over the summer and usually I came with Will but Will and I broke up, so I decided to come on my own this time and I'm glad I did come." she said.

Kassidy and I have always been really close. We were practically brother and sister. My mom and her mom were really close  but then my mom, dad ,and I moved away so I didn't get to see her as much. Later on my mom and dad were always away and they were scared that I might go down the wrong path if I was always alone at home so they arranged  for me to move back to Miami, Florida with my aunt and Kassidy. That's when I met Teresa.

" Im glad you came too" I say coming over and giving her a hug.

"So since Im going to be staying here, who should I say I am?" she asked once I had released her from my arms.

"Just say your my cousin, I don't think that will have an impact on her" I reply.

"Kk! I'm going to take a shower because I am smelly!" she says plugging her nose.

"Oh! That was you!?" I asked teasing her.

"HA HA" she screamed from the stairs and then she was gone.

Teresa's POV

"Where are you going?" I heard Jasmine ask as I got my phone and my bag.

" I'm going over to Tyler's" I answer.

"Why?' she askes.

"Well I want to thank him and I need to talk to him"

"About what?" she asked. AGAIN

"I'll tell you once I come back" I say just before walking through the door.

As I walk across the sand I think about what I'm going to tell Tyler.

Brian helped me see that maybe I do have feelings for him and that if I do I should try to be happy.

I get to the front door and I knock. I suddenly feel nervous and I feel my palms go all sweaty. I rub them against my jeans to try to take the sweat off. Just as I'm about to Knock again a girl in a robe and a towel on her head opens the door. I'm in shock, I don't know why, but I am.

Am I the only one who gets whats wrong with this picture?

Hey!!!! I truly feel ashamed for going a month without updating. :( I hope you can all forgive me, but if you can't i will understand. Sorry for how short this is but im really tired and i have a volleyball game tomorrow. Wish me Good luck!.... Anyway im soon getting a new computer so i should be able to update more! Yay!!!!! So hopefully theres a picture on the side of Teresa. Hope to write soon!!!!!!
