CHAPTER 9

Tyler's POV

It was quiet for what seemed like centuries. My fist rolled into a ball and I looked over to see Teresa's reaction. She seemed angry and upset. Why did I agree to come here or go to that stupid party there having on Friday.

O that's right,..

Because i feel guilty and can't say no to Teresa. That's why! I feel horrible for taking her with me and be the responsible one for her memory lose. I don't deserve her but i love her and shes everything to me. I feel like life's giving me a second chance to be with her and I am not letting it go by.

Jasmine is the one who breaks the silence by running to Brian and giving him a hug.

" Aw! I missed you" she said jokingly.

"OK I know you love me but I can't breath"

"Sorry. Anyway! I was just telling them about the party and there in! " she said with a big smile on her face.

He smiled back. Ugh!.

" Even the grump o'le troll over there?"

He did not just call me that!

" What did you just call me!?"

He was about to talk but Teresa cut him off.

"Tyler and I were just leaving.Bye Jasmine see you tomorrow" she said grabbing my arm and pulling me. " Bye Brian, nice to see you again" she said giving him a fake smile.

"You don't want me to walk you home again , Cupcake?" He asked with a smirk in his face.

"No she doesn't" I say glaring at him.

Teresa gives me a little bump and has a 'I can answer for myself thank you very much' look.

"No Brian I'm fine, thanks" she says.

"Bye Jasmine! "She says over her shoulder.

"Bye, see you tomorrow! " she says as we walk out the door and close the door behind us.

Brian's POV

I saw the door close and I turned to Jasmine. She pouted at me.

"Great you scared them away" she said slapping her hands down to her side.

I slightly chuckle " Don't worry, she'll come back. They always do." I say even though I'm not so sure. I have never felt this way about Teresa and I feel so stupid for kissing her. I don't want her to leave nor do i want her to hate me.

" I wouldn't be so sure" she says picking up the cups of water.

"So are that guy and Teresa dating?" I ask remembering the guy she left with. I couldn't help but feel a bit jealous.

" No, she said he's only helping her because she lost her....."

"Her what?" I ask getting a bit worried.

" Umm, er, have you ate anything? , I can make you lunch, what do you want?" she says heading towards the kitchen.

"Jasmine" I say following her. "Your hiding something, what is it?" I ask grabbing her arm so she can look at me in the eyes.

" Brian I.....I can't tell you, I promised I wouldn't. I'm sorry." she says and I can see that shes being sincere.

"OK, its ok, I'll ask her later and if she wants to tell me GREAT!, but if she doesn't well, O'wel l" I say grabbing her into a hug. " I really did miss you" I say.

" Really?" she asks.

I smile." Ya, I love having someone to annoy" I say ruffling her hair.

She smacks my hand. " HA HA HA, sooo what did you think of Tyler?" she asks getting out everything she needs to make a sandwich.

" So that's his name?" I ask." Well I don't really know him, but I can already tell he's going to be a pain in the ass."

She laughs a bit " Don't say that!, He's actually pretty cute" she says in a whisper that I can barley hear it.

"Jasmine, don't tell me you like him?" i ask leaning on the counter so i can see her eyes.

She shrugs her shoulders " I don't know"

I laugh at her" My little sister's growing up" I say ruffling her hair. "Well I'm going to take a shower cause I'm sooo tired." I say and with that I walk into the bathroom.
