CHAPTER 7

I couldn't believe it. I had met Brian, what like 5 minutes ago and he was already kissing me. Did he think I was a slut or something. I don't know what I did before the accident but now I knew I didn't want to be a girl who gives her self to the first guy she sees.

I pushed Brian away and slapped him on the face. He looked at me with his hand on his cheek where I hit him. He had a sad face but I didn't care.I was so mad at him right now.

"gosh Teresa, your strong" he said almost smiling. This made me so mad

"What the hell Brian!!, you kiss me and then you tell me I'm strong!!. I meen a simple sorry would have been better!" I screamed at him.

" Well I'm sorry T but I'm not going to apologize for kissing you because it was amazing! "

I scoffed at him.

" Really, I meant what I said, the minute I saw you, I don't know how to explain what I felt. I just knew you were the one and now after kissing you I'm positively sure your the one."

I rolled my eyes at him." Screw you" I said walking into the house and shutting the door in his face. I was so mad! No I was beyond mad I was pissed!

" Ughh!!!" I said as I leaned on the door with my face facing it.

" Did it go that bad?"

I jumped and let out a little squeak. I turned around and saw Tyler behind the counter.

"God! you scared the crap out of me!!" I said putting my hands on my chests.

"Sry",he said returning his attention to the tomato he was cutting. He looked upset.

"So how did the interview go, did you get the job?" I asked walking to the counter.

"Yes I did, I'm starting next week" he said.

"Then why do you look so down" I asked trying to find his eyes.

" I don't know, i guess I'm just a bit stressed out, but I will be ok" he said giving me a slight smile.

"Okay, well I went to meet the new neighbors and there's a girl there whose 17 and a boy whose 19. There names are Jasmine and Brian" I said trying to change the subject.

"Well that's good" he said putting the tomato into the bowl.

" Ok Tyler, really ,what's going on?" I asked, concern in my voice.

"Do you really want to know?" he asked stopping what he was doing and looking at me in the eyes.I nodded my head.

"ok well I know I have no right to say anything but when I got here I saw you kissing Brian, and I know I promised but I just can't help getting jealous."

I couldn't help but burst out laughing.

"What, why are you laughing? "

"Because....you thought....I .....was kissing.....Brian. " I said laughing in between almost every word.

"I didn't think it I saw it!"he said clearly mad.

"Well you saw...wrong".I said trying to stop myself from laughing.

"How did I see wrong?, I walked towards the door and saw his lips on top of yours."he said , a bit of anger in his voice.

"Ok , he kissed me but that doesn't meen I kissed him back" I told him. He kept his head down. I sighed and walked upstairs to my room.I got out a notebook that I found on my desk. I dated today and I wrote about what happened. I figured that if I lost my memory again I would be able to read this and at least have an idea about my past. Once I finished I was about to lie down on my bed to fall asleep when I heard a knock on my door.

"Come in" I said walking to my bed and sitting down.I saw Tyler come in.

"Teresa I'm sorry about what I told you."he said rubbing the back of his neck nervously.

I let out a little giggle. " you don't have to apologize" I said giving him a smile. " I'm not mad, well at least not at you"

" Really?" he asked

"Really" I said slightly nodding my head.

He quickly smiled and asked " Can I show you something? "

"Sure" as soon as I said it he grabbed my hand and pulled me out of my room and out of the house. He was almost running. "slow down" I playfully yelled. When we stopped we were at the edge of the ocean. It looked beautiful because the sun was coming down and It rested on the water. "Wow!" I said.

"Its beautiful isn't it?" he asked.

I felt him looking at me.

I turned to him.He was smirking at me.

"What?" I asked.

" You remember how to swim right?" he asked.

" Well I don't know, I haven't tried..." but I was cut off by him picking me up bridal style and running towards the ocean.

" Tyler stop I'm going to fall" I yelled at him but I was laughing so hard I don't think he heard me.

He threw me in the water and once I came back up I knew I had to get revenge. I grabbed him and I threw him into the water. I starting running out of the water and I reached the sand. I ran towards Brians house but then I felt someone grab me from behind and swing me around. I was laughing so much I didn't think I could stop, suddenly I was in the water again. I saw Tyler and splashed him with water. We were there for about an hour, playing around and laughing. Soon I felt like if I was drunk and I fell to the floor on the sand. Tyler fell next to me. We were both laughing and slowly we got quite.

" You are horrible" I told him playfully hitting him.

" I know" he said laughing again. " But I bet I can beat you to the shower" he said getting up.

I got up and ran after him. He got there before me but he let me go first. I took a shower and went to my room. I had fun but I was tired. I felt my eyes close and I let them .I then felt someone lie next to me and hug me. I let who ever that was because I felt safe in there arms.

Soon I fell into a deep sleep.
