Chapter 8: What are you talking about?

Chapter 8~

I let out a really loud scream. The guys kept feeling my face and touching me. They kept repeating the same words over and over, "They will come". I thought these guys were absolutely insane until I saw just who they were talking about. I watched as Travis and the guys from the football team ran up to them behind. I tried yelling his name but once I screamed they put a wrap around my mouth. Everything was muffled. I was tied tightly to a pole, sat on the floor. 

They came over and once I saw Travis's face, I immediatly felt terrible. He was so mad, either with me or himself. I felt as though he would never trust me again. I'm so helpless... being kidnapped and taken here. They did knock me out but I felt as though they wanted to enjoy the time with me while I was sleep... creepy right?

"Riley." Travis stared at me, walking forward.

"Woah dude, back it up there..." The man pushed his chest. Travis stopped grabbed his shoulders and knee'd him in the chest. I squinted because he let out a yell. Then a woman walked out from a room in heels which claked on the floor loudly.

"Now boys, your in the presenance of very popular people. Be nice. This poor girl has no idea whats going on, and I'm sure you boys don't either?" she pointed to the guys.

"Explain why then." Travis spoke loudly.

"Well, nice to meet you, Mister Jacobs you are very famous in our business. And so is Riley now." She smiled at them, whiling pointing at me. I wanted to bite off her fingers.

"Hurry up." Travis snapped at her.

"Oh yes... sorry. Well... you see here, With you and Riley being mates now, you have the power to become one of the most powerful wolves ever to live. Riley isn't born off of the blood of her parents. Her parents are simply human!" She laughed to herself. She then walked over to me and untied the thing in my mouth and the ropes around my wrists. Then she pulled me up and held me still. "Riley has the blood of the greatest wolf ever to live, Chandak. The leader of the famous Wolf Cult." She smiled at me, and evil grin more like.

"What...?" All of the guys said with their jaws dropped. I didn't even know this... who is he? 

"Why didn't you tell me Riley...?" Travis looked crushed.

"I didn't know!" I yelled out, my eyes started to water.

"Thats right. She didn't know. Thats why we have to kill her, for her powers. She's not able to keep them. Or rather... we want them... and she didn't know about them." The woman squeezed my shoulder, which hurt.

"No! Don't you dare hurt her!" Travis yelled and his voice cracked. A couple of the guys shifted and started to growl. They walked closer to the woman, and she slowly backed away letting go of me. The men got up and started to come closer to me. I was looking around for an escape. "Run Riley!" Travis yelled. I turned and darted as I heard all of them shift into there wolves. I ran down a long row full of shelves and boxes stacked so high. When I didn't hear anything and couldn't see anything I decided to stop. I listened to the sounds, carefully. Then I looked infront of me to see a growling wolf, a huge grey wolf walking towards me. I took the time to think it was perfect to shift. I shifted quickly this time, one second I had hands, the next... paws. I looked down at my jet black legs and paws. Then I turned my attention to the wolf. But... he was gone? I decided to look around to find him... when I was suddnly pounced on. I let out a yelp. While the wolf pinned me down snapping at my neck, I snapped my jaw on his neck and ripped out some skin and fur. Blood was now dripping onto my face and muzzle.

We fought for a bit when I suddenly heard a howl. Both the wolf and I stopped. The wolf looked away and I took the oppertunity to snap my jaw on his nose and push his heavy weight off and run. I ran with all four legs faster than I've ever ran. Til I reached a dead end, and turned to sniff, when I noticed another jet black wolf. Almost half a size bigger than me. Growling and stepping closer and closer. Finally he let out a huge howl, that echo'd through the entire factory. I thought forsure that this was the end... Suddenly the wolf shifted, so I shifted too... giving up my defence, I know, I know. It surprised me a lot when he said, "Riley? It's so nice to finally meet you."
