Hr isn't coming anywhere near me. I turned around to see if he was walking away yet, but instead was stood at the edge of the lake almost naked.

I rolled my eyes. I knew he'd never manage it, so I pulsed my head under the water and began to swim the length if the lake.

A few moments later, curiosity had overcome me, and I plunge my head up, taking long deep breaths and turned my attention back to Cedric. He jumped. He actually jumped.

I forget to tred water for a second as the surprise took me, and my mouth hung open taking in a mouthful of the lake. I spat it up as I came back up, and looked back over to where he'd jumped, expecting to see him swimming slowly towards me, but instead I saw nothing.

He'd not come up. Worry gripped me and before I knee what I was doing I was pelting towards the edge of the lake, and delving down into the water.

A good few meters down, Cedric's body was floating further and further down. It looked so lifeless and pale. Please don't be dead...

"help." I murmed, it was the only word I could summon.

They dragged Cedric into the water, as I stood by and watched. I was scared by what they were doing to him, but I trusted them.

"There's nothing we can do more." Said the female mermaid again, handing his body over to me. "He has a pulse. Take him to the castle."

I slammed him back down in the side as I pulled myself out, biding goodbye to my mermish friends. His body was starting to shake and I began to worry once more.

"Locomotor Cedric." I whispered, praying the spell would work.

He hoovered above the ground in front of me before I did a few more spells, to warm him up and stop the uncontrolable shaking.

I saw his cloths in a pile by the tree, and knew they could wait, before dashing up to the castle, with Cedric floating a bit in front.

I approached the hospital wing, a flew inside the doors, hovering Cedric over to the nearest bed and running to get Madame Pomfrey. I then realised that I too had very little clothes on and was freezing myself, by I avoided Pomfrey's insulting stares as she swept over to his bed side.

She handed me a blanked, and I sat on the chair beside him, and drifted off...
