"Come on let's find a decent compartment." Fred said. "If there's any left..."
"Lene will be in one." Rosie said. "Just find her."
They walked up and down the carriages trying to look for Lena. Three boys were blocking the corridor and even lanky Fred and George couldn't squeeze past them, especially as seen as they were quite bulky, especially for first years.
"Excuse me boys." Rosie said in a kind voice, smiling and trying not to upset the new first years.
"Mr father's told me about you." He said bluntly, shoving a long pale finger in her face.
"Ermm, great?" Rosie said, her amber eyes growing wide as she pushed her neck back to avoid the sharp nails of the strange boy. "And you are..?"
"Draco Malfoy." He smiled, moving his hand out of Rosie's face and in front of her, acting as if his name was going to blow Rosie's mind. Rosie took it slowly and shook it, not removing eye contact with the boy.
"Lucius Son." Rosie said under her breath as she withdrew her hand. "Nice meeting you.."
As Rosie walked away Malfoy's son went into the compartment that she had just gone past. Fred and George were stood behind her, watching through narrowed eyes. Rosie began to walk off, a sudden heat of anger shooting through her for some unknown reason.
Suddenly she had an urge to storm back and confront Malfoy. She didn't know what she was going to confront him about, but nevertheless she still slammed open the compartment door that the boy had just gone into. Fred and George began to protest, but were stopped as the door slammed in their faces, leaving the two boys unusually speechless.
"Is it true?" Malfoy said, he was gathered in the apartment with two broad body guard like boys stood around him. Two boys were sat in the compartment, both whom Rosie recognised: Harry Potter and Ron Weasley. "They're saying all down the train that Harry Potter's in this compartment. So it's you, is it?"
Rosie stood stationery for a few seconds before she began to exit the compartment without anyone seeing her, but she found herself rooted to the spot. She turned a few times, not knowing what to do with herself, before deciding that she'd attempt to blend into the curtains.
"Yes." Said Harry. He was looking at the other boys and was far to busy to notice Rosie.
"Oh, this is Crabbe and this is Goyle." said Malfoy's son carelessly, noticing Harry looking at them. "And my name's Malfoy, Draco Malfoy."
"Who's the girl?" Harry asked, pointing to Rosie who was now quite at home leaning against the side of the compartment with her hands playing with her hair, which had grown substantially since last year and was now nearing her waist. His brought green eyes burned into her as he glared, just like Lily's except hers were less scared than Harry's.
"Her names Rosie." Ron said, giving her a little wave and nod while harry still stared at her with a look of hatred on his face.
"I'm not with these guys." Rosie said, waving her hand in the direction of Malfoy's boy, still keeping her eyes glued to Harry, who was not removing eye contact.
"Is that what you're called.." Malfoy said narrowing his eyes. "Rosie Gryffindor, I remember now. You're brother's in the Auror and your other brothers a death eater, nice contrast."
" Rosetta Contessa Lilliana Corydon Gordric Gryffindor- Ollivander to you." Rosie snarled, her eyes growing wide. "Malfoy."
Ron gave a slight cough, which might have been hiding a snigger. Rosie read his thoughts and knew exactley what he was doing: drawing Malfoy away from the subject of her brothers, which she appreciated. Draco Malfoy looked at him.
