This was the said agreement that Paige said to the three, but maybe they did something wrong, maybe they forgot the whole creative situation, and decided to keep being creative. So then the teachers came...
I maybe only have two reasons, one: they are being psychopathic and everything they've done was in there heads, soon becoming too crazy they all killed each other. Or two: Paige got extremely mad at the fact they became creative and decided to become creative herself and make the teachers to give them a lesson on not being so creative anymore...
Paige is the only teacher that's real (in this headcannon) and created all the teachers or Paige is real and is watching from afar as their minds are slowly killing them.
