The anticipation was high nobody moved doesn't seem like anyone was breathing this was the fight everyone was waiting on.
Finally, the gourd that was on Gaara's back started to let sand ooze from it. Sasuke jumped back a few feet and activated his Sharingan, waiting on the attack that he anticipated was coming. But before he could attack he held his head as though he was in pain.
"Please, I beg of you don't get so mad at me." Gaara grounded out clearly in pain.
'I wonder who he is speaking to.' Masami thought watching from the edge of her seat.
"Mother." Gaara finally acknowledged the name of the person he was speaking to.
'What in the hell is he talking about.' Thought a confused Sasuke. Who was watching Gaara's every move.
More sand started to pour from the gourd making a cloud. "Earlier I know I made you taste such awful blood. I'm sorry." Gaara said continuing his conversation with whoever. "But this time I'm sure it'll taste so very good." He said look directly at Sasuke.
"No Hell it won't cause you won't draw blood from him Gaara!" Masami screamed from the stands making the rest of the genin look at her even her father.
She heard the remainder of the Sand siblings speaking behind her.
"The conversation has started already." She heard Kankuro say
"Yeah I know that is the first time I seen Gaara get like this before fighting. That's how powerful the opponent Sasuke is watch Tamari responded.
'What the hell are they going on about?' Masami thought putting her attention back on the field, to see the sand was pouring from the gourd finally fall to the ground and Gaara hunch over. Which peeked her curiosity even more than before. 'Just what's going on with him?' She wondered.
"C'mon" Gaara said to Sasuke lifting his head up to look at him.
The sand that dropped to the ground started the move and rise up like a wave.
Sasuke finally made the first move and threw 2 shuriken at Gaara. His sand stopped it and out the sand another Gaara formed. The sand clone shot sand at Sasuke which he jumped up to avoid. He threw more shuriken at the clone to which he deflected with Sand shuriken.

Sasuke went to attack the clone head on the sand clone deflected Sasuke's attack. Sasuke hit the clone in the neck and though it would disappear. The clone smirked at Sasuke and started to close sand around Sasuke arm encasing his arm. Realizing he had to act face Sasuke hit the clone making it Disperse. And ran straight towards Gaara.
Gaara stood there waiting for him to get close soon as he did he brought up a sand shield thinking Sasuke was going to hit him but he didn't. Sasuke quickly moved and landed a hit on Gaara from the back breaking off a piece of his sand armor. And making Gaara fly back landing on the ground.
