Reunited in Battle

*Masami POV*

We were on our way to the dock to catch a ferry that will take us to the dock in the Land of Waves. Dad and Naruto was in front. Sakura and Tazuna in the middle. While me and Sasuke was in the back.

"Hey Masami." Sasuke called

"Hm?"

"How are you able to Uchiha techniques?" He asked looking at the side of my head.

I turned my head a bit to meet his glance, "Someone taught me. I mastered them. End of story." I told him looking forward.

As we approached the docks the boatman spoke." Tazuna you're late."

"Sorry we ran into a complication." Tazuna told him scratching the back of his head.

"Whatever just get in." The man said dismissing Tazuna.

Tazuna got in first, then Kakashi, then Naruto, and Sakura.

"It not going to be enough room someone got to sit on someone lap." Kakashi said just as Sasuke got in.

"I'll sit on Sasuke-kun lap!" Sakura said.

You could see the wheels turning in her head about every possible thing she could do to him on this boat. Before she could jump in his lap Sasuke pulled me into his lap and latched his arms around my waist not allowing me to get up.

Sakura glared at me. "GET OFF MY SASUKE-KUN!" she shrieked.

"First I can't he has me in a death hold. And second you cottoncandy banshee, NOW is not the time to have raging hormone or be thinking about raping Sasuke we are on a mission." I told her giving her the Uchiha death glare, that I picked up from Weasel-nii.

She sat down next to Naruto and muttered all the way to the Land of Waves.

After a few hours of just sitting we finally seen the bridge through the thick mist.

"WOAH IT'S HUGE!" Naruto yelled.

"That's what she said." I muttered loud enough for everyone to hear.

Tazuna was chuckling. Dad was coughing trying to cover up his laughing. Sakura started day dreaming about the day she could say that to Sasuke. And Naruto and Ducky was blushing madly.

"Shut up you brat why do you think we are rowing instead of using the motor!" the boatman whispered yelled at Naruto.

"We are lucky not to have been seen yet." He muttered under his breath.

"And I thank you for taking this risk." Tazuna told the man.

"So Tazuna I'm guessing this has something to do with a shrimp named Gatō. Am I correct?" I said trying to get more information out of him.

"Yes you're correct."

"Gatō of that shipping company?" Dad asked surprised

I nodded my head. "Not only is he well known for that but he also does some dirty work in order to make his fortune. The Land of Waves just happen to be one of his target due to the fact it is surrounded by water. I told him

"Yes and by me building a bridge it has my life in danger." Tazuna said gloomily.

"Because of the bridge construction you are in Gatō's way so in order to continue with his work you must be annulated and you won't be in his way anymore." Sasuke concluded laying his head in the crock of my neck and playing with my fingers with his hand.

"You are correct. And if you drop me on shore I'll surely be killed. My daughter will hold a grudge against the leaf village ninja. And my precious grandson will be crying 'oh where's my granddad'" Tazuna said trying to guilt trip them.
