One Last Time

Chapter Three

My eyes flutter open, I groan. I get up from bed and take the aspirin with water. I wash my face and brush my teeth, I shower and wrap a towel around my body. I walk out and walk to the room where I see Elijah getting up, he walks to the restroom.

I put on undergarments and rub lotion over my body. I put on a Navy blue and white stripes knee length sundress and some brown sandals which tie around my leg half way, I blow dry my hair and curl it, I put on foundation, concealer, do a natural eyeshadow, contour my fave, and lastly I put on red lipstick.

I grab my Jean jacket and my purse, Elijah was all dressed in a white V-neck, dark jeans, and white converse. His hair was sleeked back. We get in his car and start heading towards the park. He parks the car and we get out, I put my shades on and get the tent out from the car. Elijah grabs it from my hand and we walk towards where my sister was with my parents.

"Hey, good morning" I say hugging everyone "have I missed anything?" I ask

"No their going to start to about 10 minutes" My mother says

"We'll I'm gonna go say hi to Sebastian" I say

Elijah and I walk towards the group of kids, Sebastian runs towards me when he sees me. He pulls me from my arm and takes me to where Glennon was with his family, they all smile when they see me.

"Granddad, grandma mom is here" Sebastian says, I smile

"Hi everyone, how are you guys doing on this hot morning" I say hugging Glenn parents Emma and Daniel, and hug his sister Miranda

"Good morning Lauren" I hear someone behind me, I turn and see Glenn and Sara holding hands

Sara was older than Glenn by 3 years, they still ended up together after 10 years. She was pretty I had to admit that bleach blonde hair, hazel eyes, sun kissed skin, petite body. She was very beautiful even standing at a 5'5 height. I just wish I could've spent one more time with Glenn, I loved him, I still do after all this years seeing him when I drop our son off at his place.

"Morning Sara and Glenn" I say, Glenn smiles

"Oh by the way just incase Glenn hasn't told you, theirs a BBQ today at 3 at my house for the team and you guys are invited" I say

"Of course we'll be there" Emma says

"Elijah meet my dad and his girlfriend Sara, that's Nana Emma and Papa Dan and auntie Miranda" Sebastian says

"Nice to meet you" Elijah says shaking their hands

"Boyfriend?" Dan asks, Elijah nods

"Well were gonna go back, have a good guys" I say, they nod

We walk back, Sebastian goes to his coach. The game was about to start, we sit at our chairs and watch as the game brgins. In just immediate seconds Sebastian had scored two goals for the team, everyone was screaming and cheering the team on.

"Come on baby boy! You got this!" I yell, he passes the ball to his team mate and Angelo scores

"Let's Go Panthers! Let's go! Let's go panthers! Let's go!" We all say

After the game was finally over and the score ended to be 10 to 4. I walk to Sebastian and hug my sweaty baby, he hugs me back.

"You did good out there baby" I say, he hugs me back

"Thanks mom, all the goals I scored were for you mom" He says hugging me, I smile and kiss him on the forehead

"Did you score for me?" Sara says behind me, Sebastian looks at me and smiles
