Heart is one of the 12 Aspects of Homestuck. Its Opposite is the Aspect Mind. When I think of Heart, I think of the Inner Soul that exists within every person that makes them who they are. Your Heart is what is "You", what makes you Unique and Separate, standing out from the Crowd. It's the Instinctual Impulse to feel Emotional about something, no matter what else happens. Heart is Irrational, since it's driven by pure Feeling. Heart is Personal, It's Empathetic and Passionate in all things. It's Showing who You are, embracing your Biases and being Unique. Heart might not always have a justification for what it feels strongly about, but the strength of their Emotion means they are not easily wavered from their point of view. Heart will never give equal weight to every possible choice or possibility, because they give special favor to any single outcome they consider morally the 'right' thing to do. Heart has a strong sense of self and will always know itself. It has a strong moral compass to boot, never being lost or confused about what's right or wrong.

Witch of Heart: One who Manipulates with Heart or Manipulates Heart

Witches are enthusiastic, confident and optimistic rebels. They break and change the physical and metaphysical "Rules" of their Aspect. Their challenge is to use their rule breaking powers in a morally conscious way

A Witch of Heart would rebel against their own natural impulses and desires, believing they can hold them down or control what they want their desires and passions to be. They would break the rules of empathy, compassion and mercy, being able to empathize with anyone they wanted, and so be able to feel compassion and mercy for any number of things that usually you wouldn't want to or even be able to feel compassion or mercy for. They can feel empathy for even the most mindless evils and monsters in this world.

They can increase or subdue a person's natural instincts and make them doubt themselves at their very cores. They might break the rules of passion and desire itself, maybe being able to make anyone fall in love with anyone, including themselves. In this way they would also break the rules of the soul and the inner self, being able to change and manipulate who a person truly is. The making people fall in love with or hate each other probably falls into that. They manipulate and control people's passions, wants, needs, and desires. They can make anyone desire anything they want and they can make anyone stop desiring anything they wanted to.

Though they might also be able to decrease a person's sense of empathy and mercy, the same way they might increase it, creating or destroying sociopaths as they please. A Witch of Heart could also completely change their own soul into any personality that they might wish. A Witch's challenge though is to use their powers in a morally conscious way. So they would need to be very careful to make just not make their decisions based on their own random impulses and instincts, and be open and honest when manipulating a person's very heart and soul.

Heir of Heart: One who Invites Manipulation of Heart or one who Invites Manipulation through Heart

Heirs naturally gravitate towards their Aspect or unconsciously seek it out. They huge amounts of Aspect related strength as well. Their challenge is to not get stuck on one thing, to know when to move on and adapt

An Heir of Heart would have an amazingly well developed sense of compassion and empathy, and in fact may find it hard not to empathize with even the most evil and hurtful of people. They feel strongly in their emotions and in their passions, good or bad. They are innately in tune with their inner self and their own desires, knowing exactly who they are and almost never having any kind of self-doubt. They know their own wants, needs and desires so very strongly, and unconsciously surround themselves with them and seek them out.
