Chap. 19 {Meet Simon}

Phoenix POV

"Phoenix! I'm sorry! I-i-i-i tried to save you, but I couldn't!"

"Lucas NO don't do this!"

"I have to Phoenix, just go with him I'll be with you.."

"NO!"

I woke up sweaty, and my heart was pounding! It was just a dream. I suddenly realize where I am. It was a dusty library-like tree house. Almost like Lucas's, but smaller.

Did someone kidnap me? Who?
I stood up and walked around for any evidence of my kidnapper.

A hand lands on my shoulder and I immediately stick my elbow into their stomach. He weeps in pain.

"Awww gawd! I at least thought you would thank me for saving your life!"

"Who are you? Where am I?"

"I, I'm still trying to figure out if this is a dream or not. Ummm...Creepy animals, Pretty girl? Yep! It's a dream!"

He laughs and walked towards the window and sighed.

I blushed when I heard him call me pretty. I frown, I have to tell him everything.

"When did you get here?"

"5 days ago?"

"Oh. Wait, you are the second eclipse! You're the one who fell into Zelena and made the way for us!"

"Second eclipse? Zelena? What? I'm so confused!"

"Ummm.....well I'm going to have to explain. You see, we're in a world that is another dimension from earth. It's called Zelena. It was created by a woman, who's name I totally forgot, but uh...She was a magician and she wanted to create a world that she could own, a place where she could escape from the world. But she died because, she was too old and she stayed so long on Zelena that when she visited earth, her youth was taken. Things got worse and worse. And a new queen, A Dark Queen, arrived, her name is Tursuna. She plans to destroy earth by creating an army. That's why you're here."

"You're kidding right? How? This is crazy! And you just expect it as it is! How the heck are we supposed to get home!?!?"

"The woman, who created Zelena, also created Seven Keys to Life. It was used to go in and out of Zelena. My friend, Lucas, tried to find them but she hid them. I have to find them. I made a deal with her, and she's going to kill Lucas if I don't...."

In thought of Lucas I tear up. The Boy puts his hands on my shoulders.

"Hey calm down..I believe you now. What's your name?"

"Phoenix." I wipe my eyes, and he removes his hands.

"I'm Simon, it's nice to meet you."

"Will you help me? Find the seven keys?"

"I...if it's the only way home, I wouldn't say no."

He smiles and I return the smile.

I was staring to think every boy my age who is in Zelena just happens to be cute, because he sure was.

He had Beautiful color eyes. They were both yellow, and he had elf ears. Zelena must change you're appearance when you come. Thing is, I haven't looked in a mirror since I got here.

"So.....got a boyfriend?"

"Uh..no. Why?"

"No reason! Just asking. So, who's this Lucas?"

"He's my friend who got me this far."
I didn't want to mention about Lucas lying, or he might worry about me.

"Oh. Do you like him?"

"Are you hitting on me?"

"What! No! I-i-i was just...uh."
He blushes and looks away. He's kinda hot.

"I was just uh..asking."

"Oh. Honestly I don't exactly know."

"How old are you?"

"15. You?"

"17."

"How did you get here? Did the ground cave in?"

"No, actually I was reading a book and an earthquake, out of nowhere came along. Then I blinked and I was here. Strange, right?"

"I guess people get here different than others.."

"Phoenix!!!"

I heard a familiar voice calling my name. I ran outside the tree house and bumped into Dixie.

"Ouch! Watch it!"

Simon comes outside and Dixie instantly blushes and flies toward him.

"Hi! I'm Dixie!"

He shifts uncomfortably but forces a smile.

"Ummm..Simon."

"Dixie, we have to find the keys or else Tursuna is going to kill Lucas!"

"Well here's our chance. Our next stop is Dark Knight Castle. Tursuna's home sweet Eww!"

"Come on we have to go!"

"I'm coming with you! I kinda don't want to look like an elf for the rest of my life!"

"But you're SO sexy! Uh...I mean..hehehe!"
Dixie nervously laughs and blushes.

I roll my eyes and carry chip and Harvie on each of my shoulders.

Jane POV

"We're here, Dark Knight Castle."

"We have to find Phoenix! Are you sure sure she might be here?"

"Worth the try! Come on!"

Sinzer pats my back and smiles softly before following Mic.

We pushed past the guards and were inside the castle.

It was SO Dark and creepy.

"Hello Sinzer, Jane. Mic."
She gritted through her teeth.

"Lock them up!"

Green gas filled the room and we all, by one were knocked slowly into sleep.
