Over the intercom, Leo's voice blasted. "Demigod meeting." He said about three times before subsiding. Nico and I broke our hold, "I'm going to change real quick." I told him. He gave me a small smile before leaving. Grabbing my bag, I took some clothes out and did a quick change. I then pulled my hair back and left for the meeting.
I met Annabeth out in the hallway. She gave me a weak smile before walking in front of me to the meeting. I followed her to a big room with a rounds wooden table in the middle. A map was spread out in the middle of the table. I stood near Nico, Hazel on the other side of me. "Okay, this is the map od where we are to go." Leo started. "We are to go to Thessaloniki in Greece to get Apollo's lyre. Then to Heraklion in order to get Athena's spear and shield. These are weapons that are to help us on our quest. Then we are to go to Ioannina to fight the Goddess Nyx." Annabeth said. "Well don't forget that we also have to find Aphrodite's golden lasso." Frank said. "Right." Annabeth added. "In order to defeat the evil Goddess of night we have to rely on this stuff?" I asked. I thought there would be something more to it. "Um, yeah." Annabeth said with confusion. I stayed quiet for the rest of the meeting. Annabeth, Percy, and the rest of them seem to know as to what they were doing.
When the meeting was over, I walked out with Nico. "Leona." Percy said. I turned around to face him. "What?" I asked. "We're all sorry for last night. It just seemed like we were all under some sort of spell when we all saw Calypso. Can you forgive us?" He asked. Annabeth and Leo walked up behind him. Everyone looking at me, waiting for my answer. "Sure." I said. I go to shake his hand, but when are hands touched. I saw something. "Leona?" Percy asked as my grip began to get tighter.
I was sucked into a vision. Me and the rest of the demigods were in battle. Jason coming down on Nyx with his lightning and Percy with his water abilities. Annabeth held her mothers shield and spear. She fought like a warrior. Frank was in a form of a dragon. Spitting hot fire at the Goddess. Hazel used her ability to use the mist. Everyone was fighting and they fought hard. All of a sudden, Nyx raises her hands up to the sky. She brought down her hands, the stars following. As the sharp stars were about to make contact with the demigods. I came into view, shielding everyone from them. Nico was by my side. "Ophelia? You dare side with these putrid demigods? I have know you since you were born." She started. Everyone started to look at me. "Oh, I see. You think that they actually care about you." She boomed with a laugh. "Come with me. You can get your revenge on your father for what he has done to you. Taking away your entire life. Not knowing who your mother was. Come side with me." She said. "Never!" I yelled. Anger formed into your eyes. "But yet you care for two of these demigods. One of with is close to you." She said with an evil grin. She then looked at Nico. She whipped her hand towards him. Black mist pouring out of her fingers. "NO!" I cried. Pushing him out of the way, they black mist engulfed me instead. "I am the daughter of Hades! I am stronger than Hades undead army! I am stronger than any god, goddess, giant, or titan!" I screamed in the mist. I then raised my sword and brought it to the ground. "I choose how I die!" I yelled. The earth started to crack. Nyx started to fall into the open whole that fell into Tarturus.
I was pulled out of the vision. I was breathing heavy and I was sweating. "Leona?" Nico said. Percy had let go of my hand. "I- I had a vision." I managed to say. "It was the battle of us and Nyx." I added. They didn't press any questions. Piper brought me water. Nico hand supported my body. My legs felt like jello. We all moved into the rec room. Nico helped me to the couch. "I think that I need to tell you all something." I started. They all sat around me, Nico beside me. "I haven't exactly been honest to you all." I said. "Leona." Nico said. "No, it's okay. If they hate me afterwards, I understand." I replied. My attention went back to everyone. I started to tell them everything. From the time I left the underworld to now. I said nothing about the vision though.
Their expressions were the same from before. Hazel then got up from where she was sitting and stood in front of me. Then out of no where, she hugged me. "I'm sorry." She whispered. I smiled into her fluffy brown hair. Then one by one, the rest if the demigods started to hug me. When they all let go, I had happy tears in my eyes. "I'm sorry. I should have told you all." I said. "No, it's completely fine. Danny told you not to for your own protection. She looks out for everyone." Jason assured. I gave him a smile. "Thanks guys." I said.
After having the whole confession moment, a weird sound came from the speakers. "Okay. Got it Festus." Leo said. The noise then went away. "Festus said that we're finally in Thessaloniki." Leo said. Everyone started to leave the rec room. "I suggest that you suit up. We might run into some trouble." Nico said. He then disappeared into the shadows. "He has more control over the shadow travel stuff now. On our last quest, he had to shadow travel the Athena Parthenos. It was a huge statue of Athena and he had to shadow travel with two of our friends. It almost killed him." Hazel said. I looked at her. "What about you?" I asked. "I can shadow travel, manipulate the mist, charmspeak a little, raise Hades riches, and a few other things." She answered. I nodded. "I have all the powers of Hades and Pluto. It's weird because I also have all of the powers of the other Gods and Goddesses." I replied. She gave me an expression that I couldn't explain. "Well, we better get going." She said before leaving the room.
I left the room and followed Hazel to an armory. Everyone was putting on something. Arm guards, lower leg guards, leather breast plates, and a few people put on sword belts. Leo had his tool belt which held everything that he needed. I didn't bother to put on anything. When everyone was done suiting up, we went up to the deck. Jason grabbed Piper and flew down. Percy grabbed Annabeth and summoned water to carry them away. Frank grabbed Hazel, changing into a huge eagle type bird a flew away. The only people left were me and Leo. "Calypso has been sleeping in her room. After leaving Ogygia, she has been drained." Leo said out of no where. I gave him a weak smile. Holding out my hand he took it. I created a cloudy barrier that carried us down to Thessaloniki.
It was beautiful. It looked like a real Greek city. It was so close to the water as well. Making the air smell of salt water. "This way." Annabeth said. We ran down the street. Annabeth and Percy stopped at a cow meadow. "I can feel his presence." Jason said. "That way." He added as he pointed towards a large oak tree. We jumped the barbed wired fence and walked cautiously towards the large tree.
As we got closer to the tree, I saw a man playing a tiny harp and singing. "Apollo?" I asked. The man then stopped singing and playing. He looked over at us. "Ah. Ophelia Leona Dark." Apollo said. Wait, I don't remember my middle name being Leona. "My, my, how you've grown." He said. "Wait. You know me?" I asked. "But of course. How could I not?" He asked with a laugh. I was so confused. "I don't remember you." I said. "I know, but you'll find out soon." He said before putting his attention on Percy and Jason. "I know that you guys are here for my lyre." Apollo said. Everyone exchanged glances at each other. I stayed close to Nico, I didn't want him getting hurt or worse. "Your lyre can help us subdue Nyx when we go to battle her." Piper said. "I know, but I don't think that you completely know who else your fighting." Apollo explained. I became more confused. "I'll give you my lyre, but you must give me something in return. Something that is close to you and that has a musical ability." Apollo said. Everyone was standing, looking at each other. "I have something." I said. Apollo looked at me with interest. Taking off my bag, I reached inside, and took out a golden violin. I then handed it to Apollo. "It was given to me by Persephone. She enchanted it to change colors. Colors that match your mood and the music notes come off of the strings in different colors. It would show me that there wad more that black and white. It gave me life." I explained. He started to play it. Beautiful melodies sprang from the strings. When he stopped, he had a pleased expression. "Here, child of Hades." He said as he handed me the lyre. I placed it inside my bottomless bag. "Thank you." I said. "Now go. We will meet again soon, child of the dark." He finally said.
When ran all the way back to the Argo 3. "What was he talking about? He knows you Ophelia." Nico asked. "I don't know. I'm just as confused as all of you are." I replied. The conversation ended as the ship started to move. To Heraklion we go.
