"I told you not to come back here Jace." Harry had his fists clenched at his sides.

"I know you did, but it's been two years Harry. Can't we just move on?" Jace stood up.

"No we can't. I'll never forget what you did. It was all you fault. You're the reason she's gone." Harry took a step away from him as I watched in confusion.

"Come here now." He said to me and turned around to walk into the house without waiting for my answer.

I stood up and tried to walk away but Jace grabbed my wrist.

"Don't go with him. Stay here."

"I have to go. I'll find you later."

He dropped my wrist and turned away. I could tell him was mad but I couldn't stick around and wait for Harry to come back and get me.

I rushed into the house and saw Harry walking up stairs. I quickly ran in his direction and saw him enter a room and close the door behind him.

"Harry?" I called and tried to open the door to the room but it was locked. "Harry it's Piper. Let me in." The door clicked open and I waited until I twisted the handle.

I saw Harry sitting on the bed with his head in his hands. He was mumbling something that I couldn't quite hear.

"Harry?"

"This can't be happening again." He spoke louder this time.

"What can be happening again?" No response. "Harry?"

"This!" He yelled, making me finch back. "This back and forth with Jace."

I didn't understand what he was talking about so I stayed quiet.

"He always gets the girl. Every fucking time. It's Layla all over again."

"Layla? Harry who's Layla?"

He didn't respond but I needed to know.

"Harry, please tell me who Layla is. I want to help. Please let me help you. Jace told me you dated his sister?"

"Did he tell you that? He actually fucking said that?"

"Y-yeah..."

"He's fucking scum. His sister lives in Canada and I've never even met her before."

"What? Why would he say that?" Why would Jace lie to me?

"Because he didn't want you to know the real story and I don't want to tell it."

"Harry please."

He got up abruptly and stood inches from my face.

"Why should I? I don't even know you. You shouldn't even be here."

"Than why did you ask me to follow you?" I asked as barely a whisper.

"I don't know. You're driving me crazy." He tucked a strand of hair behind my ear and I nearly flinched away at his touch but instead I closed my eyes.

Suddenly he pulled away and I opened my eyes. He was pacing back and forth.

"You shouldn't be in here." He spoke.

"Do you want me to leave?" I said softly.

"No, yes... I don't know. I can't think straight."

"Don't think. Just act."

Harry rapidly paced towards me and backed me against the wall, pushing himself against me. I gasped as he pressed his lips to mine. I was shocked but kissed him back, tangling my fingers in his hair.
