Broken Custom Content

So, broken Custom Content can be a big problem. Your computer recognizes it as cc, so it takes up space, but it doesn't even work!

Okay, so say I'm shopping around on The Sims Resource and I find a pretty hair style. I click download, install it, and go in game. Everything normal, game loads, great. I go into CAS and into hair. I select my new hair, but wait... something's off... that would be the fact that my Sim is completely bald except for one combed over stripe of hair on her forehead... but she should have a full head of hair! Why is it that when I select that hair, it comes up like that?

That's because the custom content I downloaded was broken, which means it doesn't work properly. I don't know the technical stuff behind it, like the how did it become brokens and how can I fix its, because I don't make custom content, I just install it. You can make it, I just think it's too hard for my level of expertise.

So, I only know of one way to fix this:
Delete that piece of custom content! All you have to do is act like you're installing cc (Documents>Electronic Arts>Sims 4>Mods) and find the broken piece. Right click it, and click delete.

It's that simple.

It's that simple.

Sim.

Sorry, sorry.

Also, to keep track of your custom content, keep a journal of it. Write the nickname and type down, so if you need to delete something, you know exactly what do delete.

Good luck, guys!
