Chapter 1 - Getting Hired

I 'd been searching for a job for a very long time. Finally, I found a place in Austin Texas. A company called Rooster Teeth was looking for an intern.
I was nervous to say the least, because many people wanted this job. I got up around 5am, showered and had the hardest time choosing what I was going to wear.

Eventually,I picked out a pair of yoga pants, a Hogwarts shirt, and black high top converse.
I dried my long bright pink hair, and I ate some toast for breakfast, and I grabbed my keys. I walked out of my apartment and started to walk to the Rooster Teeth building.

I walked in the door, and saw about 4 other people in the lobby area. Nobody paid attention to me so I stood in the corner of the room.

About an hour passed then an older gentleman came out of a room, and bid farewell to a blond young lady.
He was tall, had dark brown hair and chocolate eyes. He had stubble across his chin. He looked down at his stack of papers and read my name aloud.

"Lorelle Jones?" he called.

"That's me." I said as I held my hand out to shake his.

"Im Miles Luna. Its nice to meet you." He said as he shook my hand and led me into a small room.

He sat down in a chair behind a light wood desk and motioned for me to sit as well. I sat down and waited to be spoken to.

"It says here that you've got 2 dogs?" he said not looking up. I was taken back at his question. That's the first thing that he's asking me about.

"Yes - Archie and Hunner." I said a little unsure.

"Why should I give you this job?" Miles asked as he leaned back in his chair.

"I'm willing to do almost anything. If you want me to egg someone's house or go through paperwork. Im willing to do it all." I said truthfully, which gained me a laugh from Miles. For the next 45 minutes we talked about everything under the sun.

"Thanks for coming by Lorelle." Miles said as he shook my hand and led me back to the lobby.

Before I left I accidentally bumped into someone, but before I got to say sorry the person had disappeared. I walked home and went about doing chores.

A few days past and I was beginning to think that I wasn't going to get the job.

I woke up to my cell phone ringing loudly in my ear. I sat up and answered it without looking at the caller id.

"Hello?" I asked groggily.

"Hey is this Lorelle Jones ?" asked a  male voice.

"Yes, this is she."' I replied.

"Hey, I'm Miles Luna, from Rooster Teeth. I just wanted to let you that you got the job!" Miles said in a cheery voice.

"Oh my goodness, thank you so much!" I nearly screamed into the phone. I said my thank you's and asked when I should start. Miles told me to be at work tomorrow at 9am. I hung up and spent the rest of the day with a smile on my face.

The next day I woke up at 7am and got ready for work. I put on a dark blue long sleeve shirt. I put on shorts, a black shirt and skate shoes. I put my hair in a messy bun, then did my make up. Eyeliner, Mascara and blush. I ate some cereal, said goodbye to Indy then began walking to the RT building. I walked for about twenty minutes and finally got into work. I walked in the door, and was greeted by Kara.
