Chapter 28

Tris' POV

I make a turn but stop immediately, causing Uriah to run into me. I hide behind the corner and Uriah catches on, grabbing his gun from the holster. I grab a knife, not wanting to use a gun and possibly kill the man.

I walk around the corner and see the man only a few yards away, his back facing us as he jogs.

"Hey!" I yell out. He stops abruptly, keeping his back to us. "Turn around."

I step closer, only about two feet away from him. Uriah makes his way to the right side of me, his gun aimed at the mans leg.

The man doesn't turn around, doesn't even move a muscle.

"I said turn around!  We have a 

His movements are slow, aggravating in a way. He gets about half-way around before jerking around the rest of the way. He pushes me back hard, purposely pushing my wound shoulder. A wave of pain hits me, increasing when I hit the cement.

He starts sprinting in the other direction, still no sign on who it is. Uriah immediately shoots, hitting 666 in the calf. A sharp scream fills the air as he falls to the ground, gripping his leg. I'm in too much pain to get up and help, so I let Uriah deal with it.

By the time Uriah has bound 666's wrists together with a zip-tie, I'm up and only wincing whenever my arm moves too much. Uriah brings the man over to me, pushing him from behind, holding his wrists just in case he finds a way to free his hands from the zip-tie.

Once they are close enough, I see that 666 only has a big hood to cover his face. I grab the hood, and with one motion, I pull it off.

1.I caught my friend cheating on his girlfriend yesterday, and they were literally up against me kissing while we were watching a movie with a few other friends. I don't know how to tell his girlfriend without losing my friendship with him, so I'm going to figure that out. 

2.I'm not sure if this series will be a trilogy or not. I might end it at this book, but do a somewhat rewrite with my story "Antithetic" since I don't like this fanfic as much.

3.I have two more short chapters already written and soon enough, you will find out exactly what's happening. Man, I love dramatic irony; or really any irony.

4.I really need to pee but my bed doesn't want me to leave. 

5.I have one A at school and I need to get the rest up by the end of the week, or else I'm screwed and will have bad grades for this term. fml.
