Engagement  Day .......

After the half an hour our parents call us on to the stage..

R; mom, u go i take her 

M'M; okay ma then she leave 

R; hey come on 

she pick my hand and we move towards the stage, 

shiva also come along with ani, we stand on the stage,we said vanakam to all the relatives, and sat on the stage

A'd; priest  they are bride and groom

P; Then we start it right?

A'd; Yeah

P; u guys take this , he gave the 'MALAI' to us

ani and me get  the maalai in ur hand

P; exchange it

i put the malai on his neck and he did it to me, then the priest read the engagement paper and our both parents exchange the ' THAMBULAM THATU'...( this is the identification of engagement between both family) 

Then the priest leave, our engagement party is start.

ani mom and my mom give the 'RINGS' in our hand

A'm; ani put it on her finger 

A; sure mom 

M'm; u did same as it after he put it okay' said to me

M; yep mom 

we turn and faced each other..he gave  winking  smiley to me 

i give my hand to him, he put the engagement ring to my hand .and i did as same to him

we get the blessing from our parents and my brother and anni ..then we met our friends and enjoy it..the relatives and friends are moved slowly  ...

A; what a big day ??? said with smile

M; yeah, finally its end 

A; come with me

M; but where?

A; shhhh....... he pick my hand and went towards the top floor 

M; y r we here? our parents and friends are there ..

A; i know, avga anga irukathum ...

he leave my hand and turn towards me, we look each other eyes..i just get down my head and see the floor , he rise my jaw up by his hand and made to see him

A; y u shy in front of me?

M; i am a girl so its my nature

A; hahah okay, you r really beautiful while you r in shy

i blushed hardly .

A; haha oru poi soinathhuku ipudi vetkapadura?? 

M; po da idiot , i remove his hand from my jaw, he pick my hands and pull towards him, 

he placed his hand on my waist and made close to him, i feel his breath on my face .........he learn his head towards my lips and give planted smooth  kiss on its..

then, i lying down my head on his chest and hug him

A; what happen?

M; nothing , its all fine ended  .i am  glad very much 

A; me too ..from today you will be mine' said with smile 

M; i am always yours..its never change 

Then we went down and lets move from the hall to our home, 

The engagement day is finish well....
