(Minx's POV)

It was the day. The day I'd been waiting for since King Nanner's took me back to this place-it's time to finally leave.

Duchess Minx and Duchess Krism had already taken the essentials from my room and to the meet point. As the time ticked away, I began preparing Connor and Micayla for the journey.

Duchess Krism and Duchess Minx had come back to pick up Connor and Micayla.we made up the excuse that they were spending the night with Krism and Minx.

I, however, still had to act the part, so I went to dinner, acting like my normal self around King Nanners, Duke Sark and Duke Hutch.

Once dinner was FINALLY over, I left the table, and went up to my room, ready to climb out the window. As I was facing the window, I felt a slight pressure in my back.

I didn't know what it was, but I didn't have to. The voice that spoke, made it very clear. In the clear voice of King Nanners, the person at the other end of the sword said "Princess Minx, this is the end of the line."

(Chilled's POV)

I had to make it. I had to get to Princess Minx quickly, I had a bad feeling. We went as fast as the carriage, as much as it pissed me off.

We FINALLY made it to the castle, and I went around to the meeting place and saw Duchess Krism and Duchess Minx with Connor and Micayla, but Duchess Cayla and Princess Minx were no where to be found. That's when I got worried, and snuck my way, quickly, into the castle.

I had to get to Princess Minx, before anyone else. I could not afford to lose her.
