Star Wars Boba Fett "No Time Left"

Chapter 5 " Captured "

"Hay, Boba, we're, er, running out of fuel," said Korrsk.




"What!!!" I shouted.




"Maybe if you hadn't gone for a joy ride, we might have fuel!"




"Well, Nal Hutta is close enough. I say we try and make it," said Bane




I looked at Korrsk. He shrugged.




"Alright then. But if we finish the bounty and live, you're using part of your reward money to fix my ship, Bane," I said , gripping the ships controls.




"Uh, Boba, we got incoming ships," said Korrsk, looking down at the Nav Console.




"No shocks there, lizard. Nal Hutta always had ships coming and going," said Bane, as if Korrsk had interrupted him while he was giving us a speech, and didn't want any questions.




"Yeah, Bane, I know that. But thessssse are REPUBLIC STARFIGHTERSSSSSS!"







Sure enough there was a squad of ARC 170 Starfighters, flying in formation.




"Well, I gotta trick up my sleeve," I said , pressing a button beside the Turbo Laser controls.







An explosion came from behind us.




"What wasssss that?" Asked Korrsk in alarm.




"Seismic charge," I said. I had deployed a seismic charge from the back end of the ship, causing the dithers to explode.




"Now let'ssssss land before-" Korrsk was cut off as a Venator Class Cruiser appeared out of hyperspace.




"Oh, blast," said Bane.




Squadrons of fighters were flying out of the Venator's hangar.




"Three mercenaries, and the Republic sends a task force after us!" Yelled Korrsk as our ship was hit by laser blasts.




"Fett, the ship can't take much more of us," said Bane.




I knew he was right. Then a holographic image appeared on our holoprojector.




"Slave I," said a clone commander by the looks of him. "We ask you board the Venator cruiser IMMEDIATELY. Or we will open fire on you. It is your choice."




I looked at Bane. Then Korrsk. We had run out of options .




"We'll board your cruiser at your risk," I said. "We don't have a quarrel with you. We're on our way to Nal Hutta. Let us leave, and we won't give an excruciatingly painful death."




"Prepare to be boarded. Our weapons are set for kill if you try anything," said the officer right before his image disappeared.
