"What else needs to be done?" Rhett asked after a moment of silence to let the pack think about my words. There was a hard edge to his voice, and I knew that he was going to give me an earful after everything had calmed down as to why I had not told him what that dream was.

"We need to set up new patrols," I said, shooting him apologetic look. "Rhett, Liam, Cooper, and I will check the West Wing to get stuff out of the safe boxes. For those that want to work on the West Wing, you will not have to two times training but one." There were some groans of happiness, causing me to smile amused. "Talk to Ethan about it." I gestured to my Gamma.

Ethan Castelow was his name, and he was as green of a Gamma as I was green of an Alpha. He had smart brown eyes that pulled everyone in because of the deepness of them. He had black hair that girls loved to hold onto when he had his player ways. Sure, he did not have a mate, but he did stop his player ways when I had one upped him as well say that he could be my Gamma if he did stop. He did, and I had no complaints from anyone about him.

"Are there any questions?" I asked, looking at my pack. I smiled when they shook their heads, feeling satisfied. "Good. You all are dismissed." With that, I turned away from my pack and walked into the house, praying to the Goddess that no one died at an evil witch's hand.

'Find anything?' I asked through the link I had with my Protectors, moving carefully through the blackened remains of what used to be the West Wing. Some of the room's floors had been burnt through, so I wasn't able to get to the safe boxes of each room. I made sure that I could get to some and lined them up to be taken down and handed to the pack members.

'Uh, what are we supposed to look for?' Liam asked, insisting on being the one that took the fifth and the fourth floor.

'Any wicca signs, ruins, or-'

'-a dead body,' Rhett said. 'And I found one. There is something here also.'

I paused and furrowed my brows. I had no idea who I was going to go to first, because both of them sounded bad.

'Go to Rhett,' Liam advised. 'I all ready said the spell that will make it so that the symbol will not disappear. My nose is bleeding.'

'Liam,' I scolded, causing him to snicker. I walked to the steps and started to go to the third level, where my brother was. I was glad that I was able to talk some sense into Coop and have him take the first level, much to his dismay.

'Yes, Mama Wolf?' Liam asked, innocently.

'Do you want me to throw a spoon at you, again?" I asked, rolling my eyes at the 'Mama Wolf'. It had been a joke between the group that I was their "Mama" because I had become protective of my friends just like a mother would be over their pups.

'Oh no, not the spoon. Anything but the spoon,' Liam mocked and I could imagine him doing hand motions.

I growled out a warning, causing everyone else to snicker. 'I will beat you black and blue with that spoon,' I threatened. 'And cook you in a pot.' I smirked when I heard him growl teasingly.

'No matter how annoying or stupid he is, please don't kill him," Becca said. 'I need my baby's daddy.'

'If you want to kill someone, kill Rhett,' Gigi added, causing Rhett to whine. 'Ugh, I hate morning sickness, because it doesn't just happen in the morning.'

'Hey,' Rhett complained. 'If I can take the sickness, I would I want my baby boy to be happy and healthy.'

"Rylan Regina! Did you pick your brother over your best friend,' Gigi roared.

I snickered. 'No, I picked my gut. I told you this.'

'Fuck yo- oh wait, let Cooper fuck you, and you can join us on the dark side.'

I wrinkled my nose in disgust about having a baby during this much less having sex with my mate. Don't get me wrong, one of these days I will have sex with him. I was just... suffering from unnatural fear of him leaving me when we did the dirty deed or having him mark me.

'Where are you?' Rhett asked, probably feeling my feelings more than the others. 'I have been waiting forever.' There was a whine in his voice, and I could see him shifting on his feet impatiently. His back was towards me, and I knew that there was a conflicted look on his face.

I stayed silent while I walked behind him, not making a sound. My breathing and heart beat were soft, so he wasn't able to hear it. "Behind you," I said in deep male voice, causing my brother to screech like a girl and turn around to face me.

"RYLAN REGINA REECE!" he exclaimed, giving me an evil look. He folded his arms across his chest and gave me his best glare, his ears turning a bright red.

I couldn't help it. I busted out laughing, clutching my stomach. Tears pooled out of my eyes because he jumped maybe a foot in the air. 'We are fine,' I said, feeling my Protectors worry. I didn't feel Vulcan's, but I was sure that he would be here if I needed anything. Hopefully. 'Gigi, we need to give your mate a girls name. Who knew my brother gets scared of little ol' me.'

Gigi snorted. 'I think Rachel will be a good name for him, because he is such a scared little sheep,' she mocked.

'Shush,' Rhett said, his face a bit red. He cleared his throat and shifted on his feet. "The reason that I jumped was because..." He sighed, knowing that I was going to feel guilty. He moved out of my way to show me the dead body of a female, whose blood looked to be drained from her.

I sighed and moved a hand through my hair, grimacing. There was a bit of shuffling coming from my left, and I instantly looked at it to see two blue eyes looking at me before ducking back into hiding. "It's all, you can come out," I crooned, moving so that I was blocking the dead body. 'Take the body out and see if Percy is back. I think I know what happened.'

Rhett grunted but nodded. 'Coop's done with his search. He'll be up in a bit.' With that, he grabbed the body, after saying a spell to keep her the way she was 'causing me to growl and glare up at him. He grinned and left me glaring at his back.

I huffed and turned to see that the two blue eyes were back. "Come on, Pup," I coaxed. "You don't have to be afraid of me." I knelt down and made sure that my body was unthreatening before holding out my hand. "Come here."

The Wolf Pup walked out from where he was hiding, his tail tucked beneath his legs. The Wolf Pup was all black with a bit of white on his chest. He walked over to me cautiously, his nose taking in my scent. It was at that moment where I wished I had showered, knowing that I probably looked like the Walking Dead.

"It's all right," I whispered, smiling a bit at him. I couldn't help but chuckle when the Wolf Pup yipped and ran straight at me, causing me to almost fall back. "Easy there, Pup. Easy. I got you. You are safe."
