"I don't understand why I have to take a Bikini." I say to Rob, hastily shoving clothes into a floral sports bag. My room looked messy, due to me trying to find appropriate clothes for the weekend at Abigail's party.
"What if we go to a river, or a pool or something?" He whines, throwing my neatly folded clothes into my bed and judging everything I own.
If this is how he's going to control our relationship I ain't having none of that uh-oh I ain't about to the pushed around! I'm an independent woman who doesn't need no man!
If would be such a great president honestly my speeches are top, 10 out of 10. I'm also very good at reassuring myself I mean have you seen me? He got the better end of this dating thing if we're gonna be honest and he can't tell me otherwise.
So swaggy I am.
"I'm sure someone will have an extra Bikini for me wear and if I remember you were the one complaining about how many clothes I was taking when I went to your parent's house." I state, looking at the contents of the bag once again and zipping it up. Rob then unzips it and shoves a black and white patterned bikini into the bag, zipping it up for what was hopefully the last time today.
"Yes but this time were going out there as a couple! You can't bring down my level of desirability Junior. If the girls and guys see I'm with someone who's hot and cool they'll look up to me." He said proudly looking into my makeup drawer and trying some shades of lipstick on his hand, deciding which ones to keep and carefully laying down the one he liked on my bed.
"And why exactly is a Bikini going to make me seem that way?" I raised an eyebrow and looked over at the makeup he was laying down on my bed. "And since when do you know some much about makeup?"
"What if the only Bikinis they have available don't fit you and you look ridiculous? You gotta think it smart Justice and since always. Did you think your brother was the only one with a sister who isn't that great at being a girl?" He grabbed the items he had put on my bed and put them in a little black lacy bad I had for my makeup. He then went to the next drawer and started spraying perfumes around my room.
Please, I never look ridiculous. Except maybe that time I covered myself in mustard and wore a giant banana hat. And the time I accepted to be fully painted in scales to cosplay as a dragon I looked pretty bad. And that other time I tried to eat a whole lemon to prove I had no gag reflexes. Okay fine, I look ridiculous a whole lot of times but this isn't going to be one of them! I hope...
"I didn't even know you had a sister, how old is she? And could you go the bathroom and get me my toothbrush and hairbrush? They should be already packed in a clear plastic bag won't be hard to miss!" I asked him, finally getting my sandals on.
He quickly threw two perfumes into my lap and I sighed, seeing has I had to get a bigger bag to carry all of the stuff. I walked into my brother's room and pulled his duffel bag which he used for sports. His was twice the size of mine and thankfully didn't smell very bad. I sprayed some deodorant inside it to ensure there were no 'manly smells' and put whatever I had in my pink floral bag into this one, adding now my makeup bag.
"Are you on that time of the month?" Rob asked sounding less awkward than I expected. He walked into the room and threw the clear bag at me, which I had forgotten also contained my pads.
"Yes, I'm on my period. Let's have a tampon celebration shall we?" I said, slightly annoyed at him.
I feel like channelling my inner Carrie right now and throw him across to room. That would be so bad ass. I probably shouldn't be given superpowers I would end up doing something stupid and ending up in jail. I would probably adopt all animals I could. Not like having no superpowers is going to stop me.
