The dark path just seemed to be going, and going, and going....

The further I went the more dark it got, but I couldn't stop, something was pushing me towards the abyss.

"Stop...please...just, no...." I begged and begged, but that monster just kept pushing me forward. I could hear it chuckling in my ear, but it wouldn't say anything.

We finally made it to the end. It was nothing.

Okay. It was something, a pond, but beyond that was a wall of darkness. The same darkness the pond contained.

"W-what are you doing?" I asked frantically to the thing behind me. Again, it said nothing, only laughed.

Suddenly it pushed me forward, my body hitting the water in one sudden movement.

The cold sept into my veins, freezing my body. I couldn't move.

My lungs were burning, I needed oxygen.

I felt hands grab my wrist, forcing me up. My relief was short lived when I saw the thing that brought me here holding onto me.

It forced me under the water, pulled me up, and under again, until it didn't pull up.

This was it. This is how it's going to end.

It was ironic how the last person I would see was a faceless abyss.
