Dan's POV:

It was overcast today, but that didn't bother me one bit. I was used to it from living in London, plus it was nice to get out of that stale hospital with the only connection to the outside world was looking out the window.

Nora was showing me all the sites that she knew of.

We went to Kings Chapel, a church founded in 1686 and took a tour of the bell tower, though it took me forever to climb all those stairs. The tour guide didn't mind though, she was an older woman with almost white hair that looks like she volunteered at the homeless shelter every Tuesday. I kept apologizing, but she would counter every time saying it wasn't at all busy today anyways and we could take all day if we wanted too.

Nora just kept shaking her head and smiling every time I would apologize, when our guide got ahead of us I asked her about it and she just said, "It's kinda cute how concerned you are about wasting the tour guides time."

After that I had a constant grin on my face and slight red in my cheeks.

After the church we took a cab to the public market to walk around to the different shops and get something to eat. We settled on some pasta and apple cider donuts they were I guess popular for.

"So." Nora set the drinks down on the table and sat across from me. "What do you want to do next?"

I shrugged. "I don't kn-know, I-I've only b-been to Boston one-one other time."

"Oh, what did you do?" She looked interested.

Again I shrugged. "N-Nothing really, we p-played a gig a-and left right a-after."

"Hmm...okay then." She thought for a bit. "Do you like aquariums?"

My cheeks flushed red.

"What?" She asked with a smirk.

"I-I don't r-remember, the last t-time I went was when I w-was a k-kid."

She gasped playfully. "You're kidding, right?"

I shook my head. "S-Scouts honor."

"We need to go immediately!" She grabbed my hand and pulled me back towards where we came in.

"W-What about our food!" I protested.

"No time for that, plus it was almost gone, now come on!"

She called a cab, which immediately stopped in front of us.

"But...but donuts..." I protested weakly.

She laughed and lightly punched my arm. "Come on!"

And just like that we were on our way to the aquarium.

"I c-can feel my body w-weakening. The l-lack of food has t-taken effect. I'm dying."

"Oh come on, we're all dying. Stop being a drama queen." Nora laughed and ruffled my hair.

"I-I'm not! I c-can f-feel it!" I looked up to the sky. "Oh cruel world! W-Why have you forsaken m-me!"

"Daan!" She whined. "Come on! We're almost there!"

She grabbed my hand again and pulled me faster to the doors that were only a few yards away.

"T-Tell my mum, I-I love her."

Nora laughed at my failed attempt of sounding pitiful.

"Fine," She blocked me. "I promise, after this, we'll go get some ice cream."

I punched the air. "Yes! Now come on, I want to see the fishies!" Now it was my turn to drag her while running to the entrance.

We burst in laughing making a few people turn towards us.
