It was killing me. Literally.

Ever since I told Luke I never wanted to see him again, the guilt grew.

He was so miserable, it was peeving off of me everyday after that call I made to him.

Maybe.. Lily and Ashton AND Jennie were right.

Ever since the start, they'd tell me.. The truth would have to come out sometime.

And it definitely will have to..

I don't care anymore, I just.. It just had to happen before I left.

"HI WE'RE FIVE SECONDS OF SUMMER!" Luke exclaimed, my heart skipping a beat. Ugh, I just.. Felt it.

I felt that jittery feeling all over again.

I had to do it.. I had to tell them the truth, or at least just tell Luke.

During their set, I've been trying to convince myself that things would be okay for me.

If I did this, I wouldn't get to go to college, but.. At least Luke won't think I'm a dirty liar.

"THAT WAS SO SICK!" Calum exclaimed, all of them completely hyped up.

"How'd we do man?!" Michael nudges me, Ashton smiling.

"You guys could've done worse so.." My voice trailed, Luke chuckling.

"Don't you lie." Ashton pointed at me smirking.

I nodded once. "Could I please talk to Luke alone?"

They all looked at each other before nodding.

"Sure." Calum motions at him before the three dispersed, Ashton still peering curiously.

My palms grew sweaty, my heart racing at what I was going to do.

"What's up?" Luke pulled a small smile, jamming his hands into his pockets.

"Uhh. Um." I breathed out anxiously.

Shit. Shouldn't I have practiced this first?! I think I should've.

"Hurry I've got meet and greets in like.. A minute."

"Okay, umm.. So you know how people sometimes have secrets? Like some weird ones?" I furrowed my eyebrows, nodding.
