Chapter 16

Maia's POV:

The morning after the dinner with Zayn, I wake up to someone making noise.

I open my eyes and groan. I pull the other pillow over my ears to make it quieter.

After two minutes, I get up and walk over to the noise. I notice Zayn punching a bean bag harder and harder.

He's sweating with no shirt on, and I can't help but stare. "Zayn will you please shut the fuck up!?"

He seems as if he didn't hear me so i repeat myself, "ZAYN WILL YOU PLEASE SHUT THE FUCK UP!?"

Zayn finally looks up to my eyes and I stare into his. He starts walking back somewhere and I am left confused.

What the fuck just happened?

I wear a long random shirt over my bikini for my outfit.

I sit in the uber with Kendall and Tim, waiting for the others to come out.

"Oh please you know I love you more." I hear Kendall say to Tim in the back.

"No babe! I love you more." I hear Tim say back.

"Oh babe." I hear Kendall say, and then all I hear is them kissing.

"GUYS." I yell as they both break apart.

I see Matthew, Sierra, Sammy, and Harry walking to the car and I smile.

I hop out of the car and immediately go to hug Sammy.

"PLEASE COME IN GUYS PLEASE." I beg and they all start bursting out laughing.

I sit back in my seat and see our last late ass person coming in the car, Zayn.

"10 hours later." I say to Zayn rolling my eyes.

He rolls his eyes back. "Fuck you."

We reach "The bop" swimming amusement park and I get excited.

"YESSS GIRLS LETS GO CHANGE" I say to Sammy, Sierra, and Kendall.

"YASSSSS" I hear them all scream back.

We go into the girls changing area and I slip off my shirt and wear my bikini. I look in the mirror and smile. (AN; BIKINI PIC ABOVE)

I wait for everyone else to change and then see someone fucking goals walk in. Like legit Gigi hadid goals.

I look at her bikini and her body and gasp. I look at me and instantly become mad at myself.

Why can't I be like her? Why I can't I be that skinny? Have that body? Why?

I look in the mirror and decide that I will have to make a change in my life to have that body. And I knew exactly what to do.

Kendall, Sammy, and Sierra all came out and I instantly feel different. I've never felt this way before but today I'm feeling ugly, fat, different.

I smile at them and we all go outside to meet up with the boys. I see Harry, Zayn, Tim, and Matthew all standing near the pool talking.

We walk over to them and all of them go to their fellow boyfriends. I stand there awkwardly and look around.

I see Zayn standing near the edge of the pool also waiting. I then think of a plan to push Zayn into the pool.

I go up to Zayn and instantly push him in. Everyone pulls away from each other and looks at me.

Once Zayn reaches the surface of the pool, I die laughing. I start laughing so hard that everyone around me is thinking if they should take me to the doctor.

I get up and wipe my tears and see everyone jumping in the pool. I
Jump in the pool and see Zayn glaring at me.

"I'm gonna get you back don't worry." Zayn whispers to me and for the first time, he scared me.

After 4 hours of being at the Bop swimming amusement park, we all et tired and decide on going to a restaurant for dinner.

When we reach the restaurant, i sit at the table with Zayn in front of me and Sammy and Kendall to my sides.

I am not going to eat today. I can't. I have to not eat today. Cmon Maia you have to become like Gigi Hadid. Get your fat ass up and just ask for water.
A voice inside me says.

The waiter comes and after everyone else orders, it's my turn. My hands start to shake until i say, "um just water."

After I say that, everyone just stares at me, even the waiter.

"Is that all mam?"the waiter asks.

"Yes. Thank you." I say trying to make him shoo away.

I look at everyone looking at me and give them a weird look, "what? I ate 3 burritos there remember?" I lie.

"What? When?" Kendall asks giving me a look.

"Remember? I told Sierra and then went to eat." I look at Sierra and eye plead her to lie and she does.

"O-oh yeah! Ken she did don't worry guys Maia's not like that." Sierra says and I thank her through my eyes.

"I need to use the restroom, Maia can you um come?" Sierra asks and I nod.

I follow her to the restroom and she drowns me with questions. I lie to her and tell her I'm fasting and she beleives me. We walk back to the table and Zayn gives me a suspicious look.

It's a look that says I know the truth stop fucking lying.
