"She what!?" Jennifer cried on the other line. No, she literally broke down and cried on the other line.

I might've watched Donnie and Stephanie's argument from my window right after Jenn left... Nobody's ever heard Stephanie curse before. Apparently, she's never said any curse words in her entire life. And now Jenn's in a fetal position.

She went on, "I can't believe it. She kissed Donnie and cursed all in one sitting? And I missed it? How does that even work? Ok, so what you're telling me is that she cursed him, attempted to slap him across the face, and Donnie went for it? Crap on a stick! I swear, Donnie's a changed man, which makes Stephanie an even more changed woman. Who knows what she'll do next! She could be doing drugs with him for all I know! He's gonna become a bad influence on her! The poor child..."

I peek out the window and were still kissing. Far from drugs. "Um, don't you think you're overreacting just a little bit? I don't think Stephanie'd go that far. She's too innocent to do that."

"Oh, you would know Jordan." She replies aggressively. "If she's still making out with him now and actually cursed, which again, she's never done, who knows how far Donnie'll push the envelope!"

I just sighed in reply. I tried to hold onto my tiny inch of faith that believed he wasn't turning into Mark. Even if a lot of the signs were showing... But when Donnie gets mad, he practically acts like Mark on some things. Others, like the kiss, were just him finally making a move, 'cause he's had major hots for Steph for a while now (I mean, it seemed obvious.)...

I wasn't sure what to feel for him for what happened. I wanted to congratulate late him for his achievement on taking it up a notch, but I was supposed still be angry with him.

I had to.

What am I? Trying to fit in with the cool kids?

This is stupid and annoying but I still wanted him to learn his lesson at the same time.

"Ok, well, what do you want to do about it, Jenn?" I tried to not sound frustrated.

"We need to sabotage Donnie. Or at least embarrass him to the point Steph breaks up with him... Or both!" She said. "But what would be good enough to make him so upset and so humiliated?"

Don't say it! I thought. Don't say it! "Well, Donnie despises his middle name and only wants me to know about it because he trusts me." I covered my hand over my mouth with wide eyes and a hot face.

And for some reason, I could feel a big grin go across Jennifer's face on the other line. "Jordan, I know what we can talk about in your little secret hide out."
