[Scarlett]

I groaned, as the handcuffs started to chafe my hands.

Vyvienne Hutchinson and a guard led me back to my cell, after hours of questioning.

I didn't tell them much, just enough for them to think me and my crew were  rogue citizens. Of they found out we were Kassians, they'd kill us right then and there.

The cell door opened with a click, and I was pushed inside, almost falling on my face.

I heard Vyvienne chuckle.

"That never gets old." She said between laughs.

"I bet you like that." I replied through gritted teeth. "To push around everyone. To bow down to you."

"But it'll never happen. You're more selfish than the Leader herself. All you are is a big, wannabe who thinks the world revolves around her-"

Vyvienne slapped me across my face. I winced and held my cheek.

"You know nothing of how this world works, little Scarlett." Vyvienne started. "Everyone needs a cruel leader, that's what keeps the world moving. If they have a leader like you, there'd be chaos roaming around the Aggregate. Understand?"

"No, I don't." I stood up. I was about to hit her when I felt the guard hit me with his gun.

I could taste blood in my mouth.

"Tsk, tsk, tsk...oh dear Scarlett. What fun is it if you always want to fight?" Vyvienne chuckled.

"I'll kill you..." I replied softly.

"That'll be a bad idea."

"And why is that?"

"You wouldn't want your friend...Nora is it? Getting hurt, would you?"

"You wouldn't.."

"I would!!" Vyvienne teased."It doesn't take much, you know."

"Don't you lay a finger on her."

"I won't." Vyvienne said, but I knew she was lying. "On one condition."

Oh no.

"And what is that?" I asked.

"You'll see..."

[Autumn]

Sweat dripped down my face, as I gained conscience, my whole body aching, and blood-churning headache. I was laying in a weird position on a floor mattress, with a woman sitting on a small stool.

"W-w-where am I....?" My words were slurred. "H-helloo?"

"You're right where you belong..." The woman answered in a raspy tone.
"Blender scum like you don't deserve to live your life."

Soon, the woman stood up and walked over towards me,and I saw that it was Emma. Instead of her blue dress that she was wearing at the ceremony, she wore an all black shirt, with gray pants, and a matching jacket. Her hair was in a tight bun, and  mischief glimmered in her eyes.

"Emma?" I asked, attempting to sit up and lean forward, but regretting it. The pain lurched in my stomach.

"Yes Autumn, it's me. It's about time you figured it out already."

"What are you?"

"A rebel. Of everything, Fray Sector, the Aggregate. Instead of being the power hungry rulers at the top, or the normal people at the bottom, we're the rebels that blend in..unlike Blenders. We hide our true identity from others, to power over all who have deceived us."

"So what does this have to do with me?" I slumped  in frustration. "I don't have anything to do with this."

"Actually Autumn,, you're right in the middle of it."

"What are you talking about?"

"Remember the Ruby Box? Well, if you do, then you can be the one to help me find it.".
