We had our drinks from Starbucks and were finally on the way back to the house. My new home.

"So what is your brother like?" I asked Zoe.

She shrugged while continuing to steer, "He's a rambunctious mess, I think that's the best way to describe him."

I giggled, "But you guys get along?"

"Eh, most of the time." Zoe had such a great life, a great family, and then I was stuck in an orphanage since I was four. No parents, and I never got the baby brother I always wanted. Unlike Zoe, I didn't get much.

"You are so lucky," I sighed. "I never got to meet my baby brother."

"What do you mean?" Zoe said, turning to look at me with a confused face. "You have another sibling?"

"My mom left us before she had him. She is dead though, after she left us for her new husband in China."

She nodded slowly, getting all this news in such a short time frame. "Do you know what her name was? Or your brothers?"

"Not a clue."

"So you don't know your mothers own name?"

"I forgot it. After she left me when I was three all I remember is that it started with a B. I have no idea what her last name would be. And I never knew even what my baby brothers name would be."

"That's so sad, I'm sorry about that, Xan. Luckily you have me and Alfie, and soon will meet your uncle Joe."

I nodded sadly, "Thank you, Zoe."

We got home and I threw away my drink before entering the house. Alfie stayed home with Nala and to wait for Joe, and I was excitedly greeted by both of them.

"Zoe!" Joe laughed when he saw me. I was carrying about seven bags, both mine and Zoe's. "You adopt a daughter, and then make her carry all the clothing!"

I shook my head, giggling silently, "No, some is for her room, Joe!"

He rolled his eyes, and I set the bags down carefully. Joe walked up to me and embraced me into a big hug- truthfully he was great at hugging. "I'm happy you will be in Zoe's life. She needs someone sometimes." He whispered in my ear as the hug broke apart.

"Let's make some dinner!" Zoe exclaimed. We all followed her to the kitchen to decide what to make. We decided on some basic pasta.

After a good hour of sitting around near the kitchen and playing 90's music on repeat, all the food was done. The smell of pasta made Joe and I run to the kitchen from where we were in the hallway laying on the ground to get some delicious good. It was really good pasta.

"Thanks, Zoe!" I laughed, finishing my food in record time.

She looked from the pot as she served herself some, to me and my empty bowl.

"Jesus Christ!" Alfie cackled next to me, eating his garlic bread.

I blushed before asking for more. I was starving, and I needed food. Children have to eat, ya know.

We all sat down at the dining room table, and began to talk about tomorrow. Neither Zoe nor Alfie would say who the mystery people were that would be coming over tomorrow. All I knew was that it was three of them and they would be staying for a few days at the house.

"Male or female?" I guessed.

"All males, actually." She laughed.

"Wow, Zoe. Need some backup guys?" I looked over at Alfie, who was holding in laughter, and winked at me.

She began to blush, "God, Xan, they are all gay. But I have to be honest, all of them are pretty hot."

Joe nodded along next to me, "Indeed they are."

"DONT BETRAY JASPAR, JOE!" Alfie chimed in.

"Jasper?" I mouthed to Zoe. She smirked, "Long story." She mouthed back.

I finished my second bowl of pasta, and grabbed a piece of garlic bread.

"So where will they all be sleeping?"

"We have one extra bedroom, which will be where one of them sleeps, the other two said they will sleep on the couches."

I nodded along, "Are they famous too?"

"Yup! And some of our closest friends. All of them Youtubers too, actually." Alfie said.

"That's so cool."

"Definitely." Zoe replied. We all were finished with our dinner. "Want to watch a movie?"
