Part 11

Angel's pov

"Mommy can I get lucky charms" micah asked me. I was currently at the supermarket doing my monthly grocery shopping. I always took micah along so he could pick what he wanted.

"Yes sweetie. But you have to get a fruit as well" I told him.

"Ok mommy" he said running down the aisle. He looked at all the shelves before grabbing a red cereal box and running back. He handed me the cereal and climbed in the shopping cart. I laughed at my son's weirdness. Most kids would sit in the seat part of the cart but not micah. He claimed he was too big for that.

"What's next mommy?" He asked looking up at me.

Before I could answer him a voice cut me off." Sorry to bother you but I couldn't help but to notice how beautiful you are" a deep voice said.

I turned toward the voice and gasped. " your- odell beckham!" Micah shouted cutting me off. My son took the words right out of my mouth. Standing in front of me was none other than sexy ass odell beckham jr. I've never watched football in my life but his face was well known.

Odell chuckled." That's right little man. You like the giants?" He asked micah.

Micah cheesed. "Yup" he said.

"I'm glad buddy" odell said.

I stood there speechless as micah and odell continued to talk about football. "So little man what's your name?" Odell asked.

"Micah and this is my mommy" micah said proudly.

Odell smiled at me and extended his hand. "Nice to meet you mommy" he said smirking. I blushed as I shook his hand. Why did I get a dirty thought behind his words.

"My names angel" I told him.

" a beautiful name for a beautiful girl" he said winking.

"Thanks" I said breaking eye contact.

"So what's a superstar like yourself doing here alone. Aren't you worried about being discovered?" I asked him.

"Nah. I love all my crazy fans so its not a issue and a man gotta eat" he said.

I laughed." I hear that. Well it was nice meeting you but I have to finish getting everything on my list" I said preparing to go.

"Awww. Do you have to go? I was enjoying our conversation" he said pouting.

"Me too but duty calls" I said gesturing to micah.

"Well how about we shop and talk. I could use the company" he said.

"Sure why not" I said pushing my cart. Odell pushed his also and we were off.

"That's the last bag. Are you sure you'll be okay unloading all of this when you get home?" Odell said putting the grocery bag in the trunk.

"Yup. I do it all the time" I told him.

"I help too" micah added.

We both laughed." So would it be too forward to ask for your number" odell said shyly. Was i in some parallel universe? Odell beckham was actually asking for my number.

"Not at all" I said. After telling him my number we both said goodbye and went our seperate ways.

I moaned in delight as my body hit the bed. After putting all the groceries away I gave micah a bath and put him to bed. I was exhausted to say the least.

Just as my eyes drifted close I heard my phone chime. After digging it out my pocket I looked at the screen. I had two texts, one from king and one from a unsaved number.

I opened kings text first: I still want micah for new years so bring him over it read. I rolled my eyes and wrote ok.

After getting that out the way I opened the second text: hey mommy. Its odell just texting to say hi ;) it read. I couldn't contain the smile on my face.

A- Wassup

O- nothin much talking to a beautiful girl;)

A- oh plzz lol I see right through your charm beckham

O- oh darn lol

I laughed outloud. I can't remember the last time I enjoyed a conversation with a guy. After a few hours of texting back and forth I began to feel sleepy.

A- I'm heading to bed. Really tired and work in the a.m.

O- awww ok:/ but before you go to sleep I have something I want to ask you

A- what is it?

O- are you free on new years eve?

I thought about it for a few minutes. King did say he wanted micah that day.

A- what did you have in mind?
