"Everyone get ready, get to your stations!"John (or better known as soldier 76). Voice rang out
" Aw come on man, we got this!" Lucio responded
"Hffgm" john glared at him
" OK boys calm down we go through this every time and nobody wants to hear it anymore" I said exasperated
"Hehe sorry Y\N" Lucio said sheepishly
John glared at me" I don't think you should be giving orders Y\N." John said defiantly
" *sigh* I'm not giving orders I'm suggesting them." I replied
All he did was glare
'he glares alot'
Soon the match started and we were defending the cargo.
I was keeping a look out on the balcony using my scope on my sniper rifle to see.
So far I had managed to take down roadhog, widomaker(a fellow sniper), and junkrat.
"Watch out!" I suddenly heard Johns voice and turned quickly and shot down tracer
"Be more careful Y\N!"he said
"S-sorry and I will" I flushed
Soon after, we won and went back to the base.
Everyone was celebrating, there was plenty of drinking, fireworks, it was a lot of fun.
"Y\N I want to talk to you outside." John suddenly said to me
I was nervous but followed him outside anyways
Once we got outside I was pushed against the wall and lips crashed onto mine.
I went wide eyed"ngh"I gave a noise of surprise but eventually kissed back.
When we pulled away from each other I looked at him shocked" wh-what did-" I started to say but was cut off by him saying
"Y\N I'm sorry for all the stuff I did to you, I just didn't want you to get hurt so I was trying to toughen you up...I just wanted you to know I really like you and I wanted to know if you would go on a date with me." He rambled
"Of course I forgive you, your remarks didn't phase me anyway, and I would love to go on a date with you Mr.soldier76" I said teasingly
He chuckled" just call me John."
Update: for those of you who are wondering about me calling him john, yes I am aware that his name is Jack Morrison but he prefers to be called 'john' which is his middle name. Just wanted to clarify this.😊
