I'm sure most people would jump at the chance to travel back in the past, to maybe visit a famous person, to see a relative maybe, or just for the antique nature of it. I for one am one of those people. Late night dates at a diner, sitting at a stool with your love, drinking a milkshake together, talking the night away.

I mean I'm sure you could do that now, but I think that the thing that makes me really appreciate the 50s is the clothing style and the music. I quite like the fashion choices of men and women back then. I for one am not one to dress fancy in dresses or skirts at all but there's just something about their clothes. Long skirts that draped down past a woman's knees, along with a nice fitting top. Or a nice dress and shoes.

And men with their fancy nice looking Blazers, a lot of the time with a nice design and pants to go with it. Or let her jackets with black jeans and a white t-shirt beneath the heavy leather jacket. Hell even sweet hats!

I'm sure that when someone mentions the 50s, you think of Elvis Presley, the King of Rock and Roll. Hell there's even a fan-fiction based off of his song 'Can't help falling in love' which many people did a cover of, including, Twenty One Pilots. So now you see there are many great things that could inspire you to want to live in the past, not let's look at the more... Maybe worse things about it.. In the 1950s to the 1960s, it was illegal for a man and a man to be together and... You know, get it on. It wasn't as bad for lesbians, but it was still a similar subject and was disapproved of. In fact, same sex marriage wasn't even legal until 2015!!! Now, I, being a person that is gay myself, do not think that is a fair law. And one more downfall, THERES NO INTERNET, IT WASNT CREATED UNTIL 1990!!! Not to mention Dan and Phil didn't exist back then... So yeah, there's some ups and downs of living in he 1950s. MAYBE I WOULD BE ABLE TO GO TO AN ELVIS CONCERT!!! But yeah. The nice antique shops set up along the street. I'd honestly give anything to be able to go back in time, even for a day... Well maybe not ANYTHING, I need my internet. QUESTION: If you could time travel to any time period at all. When would it be, and why? Comment your answers please and I will reply to them.. Probably... I doubt you're gonna comment but, that doesn't matter... Heheh...*cries*
