Jules' pov.

Woah! Did I even said that?

"Yes you did." Sabi ni Blake.

"Paano mo ---"

"You didn't turn on your soundproof." Sabay turo sa switch ng soundproof switch ng office ko. "See? The switch is off. At hindi ko na kasalanan kung bakit nung papasok sana ako sa office mo eh narinig ko yung, you know."

"Ugggh! I hate this day! Sa tingin mo nasaktan ko ba siya?"

"Well, kung ako ang nasa kalagayan niya, baka ipaanod na kita sa susunod na bagyo."

"What?!"

"I mean, syempre naman. Kung sabihin ba kitang mabaho tsaka panget matutuwa ka? Hindi di ba."

"Can you answer me directly?! Hindi kita magets!"

"I really wonder kung paano ka naging ceo ng kompanya mo. Your common sense is as slow as the net in our province."

"Agustin!"

"Okay. Suko na ko. Ang ibig ko lang naman talagang sabihin eh. Syempre nasaktan yun. That kind of word is one of the most painful words that a girl could ever receive from anyone. Kumbaga sa DotA, mas malakas pa ang impact nun kapag na triple kill yung hero mo."

"You're playing those kind of games?!"

"Hindi ah. Nakita ko lang na naglalaro si Alexa nun. Tas sumisigaw pa ng 'yeah! Triple kill! I'm such a demi god!' "

"Your little sister plays that kind of game?!"

"Well, yeah. Ewan ko ba dun. Mas trip pa yung mga ganong laro kesa sa dress up games eh."

"Enough of that. I'm really confused right now. Anong gagawin ko?"

"Huminga ka."

"I swear I'm going to let the tiger in the wildest zoo eat you if you're not going to answer me seriously."

"Okay okay, eto na sasagot na ng maayos. Ang highblood lang? Ehem ehem! So, tinatanong mo ko kung anong gagawin mo? Edi as usual magsorry ka. Babae pa rin yun Jules. And you know that girls are very sensitive. Tapos yung binitiwan mo pang salita sa kanya eh isa sa mga masasakit na salita na matatanggap ng mga babae ever. Eh ikaw rin kasi eh, ang talas talas ng dila mo. Kung bakit ba naman kasi ang hilig mong magbitaw ng masasakit na salita tapos magsisisi ka rin sa huli. Next time nga isipin mo muna kung anong mararamdaman nung tao, kung masasaktan ba siya o hindi bago ka magbitaw ng salita."

"But she embarrassed me infront of Mia! And she even made Mia feel uncomfortable. I just care for Mia so much and I don't want her to feel uncomfortable and you absolutely know that."

"Yan ka na naman eh. Mia ka ng mia, sa susunod talaga na bagyo ipapaanod ko kayong dalawa."

"Can you even be serious Blake? I'm serious here so be serious!"

"Seryoso ba gusto mo? O eto seryoso. Stop thinking, caring, and even loving Mia. Stop being stupid. Move on dude! Pakawalan mo na si Mia. She's not the only girl in this world. And I know that there are many fishes in the river, but please catch the mermaid for crissakes!" Sabi niya at tumayo na sa kinauupuan niya. "I'd better get going, susunduin ko pa si Alexa sa school. Bye bro." At tuluyan na syang lumabas ng office ko.

Please catch the mermaid? San ako hahanap nun sa ilog? Ugggh. Siraulo talaga si Blake kahit kelan!

What to do? What do I need to do make Patrice forgive me?

Ughh. Why are girls so sensitive? And why do I have a careless mouth?! How pathetic life is!

I need to do something. I need to create a plan.

And I will say sorry to her.

Patrice Nielle's Pov.

Pagtapos nun? Eto, nandito ako sa condo ko. Mag-isa lang naman ako rito kaya ayos lang kung magdrama ako to the max. Tsaka mas peaceful dito, mas peaceful mas madaling huminga.

Dalawang oras na rin akong nakaharap sa PC ko at chinicheck ang status ng mga business ko. Well I manage and own 4 businesses. Actually tatlo lang naman talaga ang akin doon. Yung isa eh binigay at ipinapamanage ng magulang ko sakin. Ang Salvacion Inc. Yung tatlong business ko talaga ay ang Pat's beauty salon, Nielle's gift shop at yung PNS clothing line. I have my one and only little brother nga pala, he's name is Patrick Niall Salvacion, he's just 7 years old so ako ang panganay, obviously. I'm a cum laude graduate at UP Manila. I'm basically a flight attendant/stewardess. But I also took a 2 year course of business management. My family belongs to a high class society and so am I. So I know that you're wondering why am I one of the girls that can be rented as a girlfriend of someone right? Well, napagtripan ko lang naman talaga. Mrs. Ysabel Rances, the owner of the house called Girls House o yung tinatawag ni Jules na white house. Yeah, yung pinuntahan nila ni Blake na bahay nun. So ayun nga, in some unexplainable reason Mrs. Rances happens to be my cousin's mother-in-law. Yes, my cousin's mother-in-law. Ewan ko ba kung bakit naisipan ni Mrs. Rances ang ganitong business eh pwede namang ibang business na lang. By the way, she have other businesses nga pala. One of them is the convenience store across the street, the other one is the cafe at Makati, the other is the salon near the Girls House and other businesses pa. Pero kahit may mga ganoong business na siya, she insisted to have this oh-so-called Girlfriend For Rent business pa rin. Well, lahat naman ng mga babae dun maayos. We girls that works there are all girlfriend material. Well we have brains, we have looks, we also have names in the business world, and we are all decent and innocent at the same time. We don't work because we need money and others. We work to give some guys company they wanted and needed in a certain and temporary time. That's our business. Hindi kami nagbebenta ng kaluluwa o ng katawan namin. Actually, we work for a purpose, a very different purpose.

So ayun nga, magkaface to face kami ni PC ng may nagdoorbell.

DingDongDingDong.

Tumayo na ako at pumunta sa harap ng pinto ko at binuksan yun.
