Chapter 16 : Werewolves

RYU ZOEY'S POV

Maingay na tawanan, usapan, lokohan at murahan. Malalakas na tugtog o kaya naman ay sila mismo ang kakanta na mas lalong nakapag papataas ng dugo ko.

"Seriously! Arrgghh!!" Binaba ko ang librong binabasa ko at padabog na sinara ang pintuan ng kwarto ko.

To think that my room was located in the second floor, I can clearly hear them loud and clear!

Nahiga nalang ako sa kama ko at pumikit. No matter what I do, I will surely hear them.

Tumagilid ako ng higa at humarap sa malaking picture frame na nakasabit sa dingding ng kwarto ko. I smiled upon seeing Zone smiled like a little girl given a lollipop. Oo, ganung kababaw si Zone nun na bigyan lang ng lollipop. Masaya na.

Natigilan naman ako ng makarinig ako ng footstep na papunta sa direksyon ko.

"His here." Napaupo ako at hinintay na may mag bukas ng pinto at hindi nga ako nag kamali. "Why?" Halata naman na nagulat sya pero nag tuloy tuloy sya sa pag pasok at nahiga sa kama ko.

"Just wanna have some peace of mind. Jesus! They gone wild!" Napangiti nalang ako sa sinabi nya. Ganun talaga mga yun! Isama pa na nandun din ata sila tito Cain, tito Lyndon and tito Chani. "Where's Zone by the way?" Tinitigan ko sya habang nakapikit. I know there's something in him that Zone really wanted.

"Tell me about yourself Riddle." Dumilat sya at nginitian ako. Inunan nya ang dalawang kamay nya at nag dewatro ang kanyang mga paa. Like a boss ey.

"The guy, who really wanted to be unique. The guy who really hot gorgeous freaking sex serious brave and smart." Nangunot ang noo ko sa sinabi nya. Tinuro nya ko at ngumisi. "Riddle me that!" Inambaan ko sya ng suntok kaya agad nyang kinuha ang unan ko at pinansangga.

Katahimikan nanaman ang bumalot samin. Hindi awkward na katahimikan. Isang komportableng katahimikan. Nahiga ako sa may tabi nya at pinanuod lang namin ang puting kisame. He's different. Very different.

"Rue Zone Walker Woodsen." Pag babasag ko sa katahimikan. Tinuro ko ang picture namin nung mga bata pa kami sa may dingding kaya naman napatingin sya dito. "That's her." Tumayo sya at lumapit sa picture naming tatlo ng mga bata pa kami. Hinawakan nya ito at halata na hindi sya makapaniwala sa nakikita.

"She's jolly back then. Full of jokes. Our house was filled with her laughter." I smiled upon remembering Zone's face when she's laughting ass loud and it's turning red. "She was incredibly happy. Always happy. She's always do tricks to us. When she's sad or crying me and Zion was the only person who can make her smile. But offcoure with the help of lollipop." Nang makita ko syang napatawa tinuloy ko ang pag kekwento.

"Few years ago, incident happened." Humarap sya sakin na nakakunot ang noo. "She's 7 back then, when mom and dad decided for us to come visit here at Shera. We train. Obviously, when were little we trained to control our lust. But one night. Zone was suddenly dissappeared." Tinitigan ko sa mga mata si Curei.

"She went at her prey. She smelled blood. His blood! Nakarating sya sa Mayna at nung oras na yun hindi pa namin alam na nawawala sya. Not until tito Luke sense danger. So me and Zion too, sense that Zone was in danger. Great danger. Wala kaming sinayang na oras at pinuntahan agad ang naaamoy naming dugo. Nakarating kami sa Mayna. Maging kami ni Zion hindi napigilan sa pag katakam sa dugo but we really do our best not to let our lust took over our body. But were too late." Tumayo ako at pumunta sa may picture frame. Hinawakan ko ito at ramdam ko naman na nakamasid lang sya sakin.

Once na inalis ko tong nakasabit na to. Alam kong may mag babago. Or maybe not. Pero malakas ang kutob ko. Sya to... alam kong sya yun.

Oras na inalis ko sa pag kakasabit ang frame. May piraso ng tela ang nalaglag. Bakas pa rin dito ang dugo ng taong napatay ni Zone nung mga bata palang kami.

Pinulot niya ang tela na yun at tinitigan. I smirked upon seeing his reaction.

"Zone killed the human belonging that shit of clothe." Nakita kong natigilan sya at nanlalaki ang mga mata. "At kung hindi pa kami dumating ni Zion, were sure that the son of that lady were dead by now. And that's the story why Zone acting as if she doesn't have any single care in her surrounding. Which is not. She's once lovable, carring and happy go lucky vampire back then. But it change."

Nakatulala lang sya sa telang hawak nya. Para syang may inaalala na hindi ko alam. I smiled. Am I right?

Unti unting tumingala ang ulo nya patingin sakin at kahit na eneexpect ko na namakikita ko to sa kanya. I didn't help it, I'm shocked and speechles by seeing his eyes turn into golden one.

RUE ZONE'S POV

I shaked my head in disbelief. Here they go again. The animals gone wild!

I jump at the trees as fast as I can cause I really hated it when tito Cain and tito Chani plus tito Lyndon sing. It's irritating the hell out of me!

Mom and dad were busy in some stuff that I don't really know.

Tomorrow will be our first day of school in Mayna. Even if mom doesn't know and IF she knew that I'm going to Mayna too and after all doesn't approve. So what? I'll do what I want! I need to be ready. We need to be ready for us to make it alive until the end. I can sense something danger at that school. Fame Academy. It's not normal.

As I was jumping tree to tree, branches to branches, so light like a wind my heart suddenly felt twitches. It feels like a thousand of little fingers pinching it so I did stop and hold at the tree trunk for support. I can sense it.

His blood. I know it's his blood. It can't be.

I can feel my eyes turn red, my nails longer and my fangs suddenly showed up. I'm trebbling and swet surely comming out in my body like a faucet.

I closed my eyes as tight as I can. I closed my hand and blood were dripping down to my white shoes coming out from my hand.

I stop my breathing but no matter what I did I can still smell his blood. The smell hugging my nose.

His blood. Why do I have to smell it again?

I fight it. I do my best just to avoid that smell of his sweet yet intoxicating blood but I can't.

I shouldn't be this addicted to that smell but I can't help it. I'm too attracted to it.

Until I decided to go back were I came. Where my friends are. I know his with Zoey. I know it's him. And I now sure that his one of them. He really are.

His blood. It's sweet. But now I can smell it's intoxicating side.

"Werewolves..."
