6. Just kiss me already.

It was a restless night for you, no particular reason why but you couldn't go to sleep without waking up every so often. Steve was peacefully sleeping and you were a tiny bit envious of the fact that he found comfort amongst the sleepy oblivion, you desired to share. Eventually you gave up trying to fall back asleep for the fifth time that night and quietly left the room.
With the click of a button the television came to life and you put on a recorded episode of your favourite TV show -If you couldn't sleep, you weren't going to be bored until Steve woke up. You were snuggled into the couch pillows, a thin blanket over your legs which were bare as you wore one of Steve's shirts which were too big for you. Entranced by your show, you didn't hear him until he knocked on the living room door frame.
Spinning around you saw him leaning on the door frame, arms crossed over his naked chest, hair dishevelled and sweatpants on his hips, "Steve, you scared me. Did I wake you?" "No, darling it's after six, what are you doing up?" Making his way to you as he spoke, Steve plonked himself down beside you, "I couldn't sleep so I just decided to watch something" "Are you alright?" "Yeah, I'm good." "Good." After that Steve moved behind you and you watched TV together, he cuddled you and ran his fingers through your hair before planting light kisses on your neck, "Steve?" You barely heard the mumbled 'yes' before his blue eyes met yours as you turned, "Just kiss me already."
