“Come out come out where ever you are little girl!” The voice taunted. The deep voice grew croaky, almost a whisper now.
“What do you want from me?” I screamed.
“I want your blood!” it shouted back.
I could hear it getting closer I couldn’t hide anymore, it would find me. I got up and ran. My footsteps echoed through the warehouse. It’s getting closer; the sounds of its feet are louder and louder with every step I take. Why am I running? I can face it. I stopped and turned on my heel. It was me.
“You think Taylor is not your enemy Ha! You are clearly mistaking.” It was a more confident me.
“What do you mean?”
“Think about it why would your brother have asked those questions in such a public place, why not their base?”
“I’m still not following Taylor pretty much agreed to what Ken was saying.”
“What did Ken say to us when we were little?” The other me asked.
“If you are my enemy I will treat you like one, if your life is at risk then my sister you will be.”
“Think about it.” Then in seconds a knife pierced through the other me leaving her – me – on the ground motionless. Behind her now stands a laughing Taylor he does not seem to see me. “Your blood will bring me infinite happiness and my sons will bring me wealth.”

I woke in my bed with Phoenix shaking me. Sweat trickles down my forehead and heat is radiating from my whole body. “Calypso, are you okay? Get up you need to have a shower.”
“I’m fine.” I stated simply.
“You need to get up anyway.”
“I said I’m fine,” I could smell something tangy in the room, realisation hit me. I wet the bed.
“I know but we need to wash the sheets. You had a seizure and your bladder gave out when you did.”
“But I was dreaming.”
“Come one.”

Later that day we sit around the dining room table eating lunch. No one said anything it was dead silent. “Calypso you okay?” Chase asked from across the table.
“Yeah.” I knew my answer was not what he was looking for and he would push me until he got what he wanted.
“Don’t lie to me, what were you dreaming about? What happened?”
“I made a mistake.” I answered in almost a whisper.
“Please explain.” Phoenix said in his best Pauline Hanson voice.
“My dream, it was me. I was standing there in front of myself.”
“Like a mirror?”
“No, it was like I had been separated into an unsure me and a confident me. The other me was telling me to think things through a bit more. Then Taylor appeared out of nowhere, he killed her – he killed me. He said ‘to have your blood brings me happiness and to have my sons brings me wealth.’ After that I realised I had made a mistake.”
“What kind of mistake?” asked Chase.
“The big kind.” They both looked at me questioningly. “If you are my enemy I will treat you like one, if your life is at risk then my sister you will be. Its what Ken used to tell me when I was little.” I paused facing the mistake was harder than I thought. “He knew I was there.”
