You come to me crying saying you're not okay
That you're feeling yourself waste away
You come to me crying
On the inside, dying
But you never speak a word as to why
You just look up at grey skies
An empty shell
With secrets you cannot tell
Blood red anger
Emotions weighing down like an anchor
You're lost in an ocean of despair
I'm not lying when I say I care
And I mean it when I say it's not well
That it's her you tell
The feelings on your soul
Don't let your heart turn dark and cold
You came to me crying
Saying you were dying
But turned me away
When I tried to help you through the day
