You were at the top of the class along with Kyoya, and he didn't like that. But the bullying at least stayed verbal, until you surpassed him, that is. Once your grades were better than his, the bullying became worse.
And more than just verbal.
The hallway was surprisingly empty. It was the day you were writing your first test since you'd surpassed Kyoya. You were walking to class, and you were feeling proud. You'd finally shown him that a commoner can be successful at Ouran. You were above him in class; you'd proven your point. Or so you thought...
Suddenly, someone grabbed you from behind and threw you to the wall. You weren't expecting it, so it really hurt.
When you opened your eyes, you saw Kyoya standing there. He used his arm to hold you firmly against the wall. Then he leaned in to your ear and whispered to you. "You're not going to score higher than me on that test. Understood?" You'd never seen this side of Kyoya, so you had no idea what he was capable of. You didn't even think he would go this far. He was scaring you. You nodded obediently.
He released you and briskly walked to class. You, however, remained against the wall. Wondering what he actually would do.
He's never shown any aggression before. Would he actually hurt me? Then again, he loves his façade, I doubt he'll actually do anything. I'll just write the test normally and see what happens...
Curiosity got the best of you.
