Leo's P.O.V:

I walked out of her house, unable to smiling. I wasn't really sure my I turned away so quickly. I really didn't want to ruin the moment though, by saying something stupid.

When I kissed her, something was there. Not just my crush on her, but something odd happened. My lips met hers. A thought struck me, like my lips struck hers. I had a memory.

"Leo! Leo!" Kimberly shouted, skipping towards me.

I pulled her into a hug. She hugged back and then we pulled away a few minutes later.

"I was watching a movie and the guy's name was Leo, but he was mean," Kimberly frowned.

I smiled at her.

"Kimmy, I will never be mean to you. I love you, remember?" I assured her.

Kimberly nodded slowly.

"How could I forget?" she grinned.

How could I forget her? I told her I loved her. I left her. I hated myself for not remembering her. All of these "flashbacks" I have been having, are real. They are memories.

I stopped walked. I stood on Kimberly's porch.

I remembered? I remembered. I remembered!

I turned around and flung open the door to her house.

"Kimberly!" I shouted.

I ran up the stairs, looking for her.

I smacked into her, when I reached the top of the stairs.

"Kimberly!" I shouted.

She raised an eyebrow at me.

"What are you doing here? " she asked bluntly.

"I-I.." I tried to say.

Kimberly bit her lip for a minute and then spoke," Something came up, I can't go to Florida with you," she stated, looking at the floor.

This was all my fault.

"I'm sorry, I ruined it all," I say.

Kimberly shakes her head.

"You should go," she states, not looking at me.

"As you wish," I say slowly, hoping she would understand my reference to the Princess Bride.

I started to turn away.

This would be the time in movies where the other person runs after the other, telling them how much they love them and blah blah. This wasn't a movie though, this was reality.

As upset as I was, I walked downstairs calmly and wordlessly. I walked out of her house and headed towards mine.

When I got to my house, I went up to my room and shut the door behind me.

I noticed the small heart on the wall with out initials carved into it. I think it would be best for the both of us if I covered up our past memories. I pushed my bookshelf over slightly so it cover up the carving.

I sat on my bed. I wasn't sure what to do anymore. This was all my fault.

I opened my window and pushed the screen out. I crouched in the window sill. I climbed through the window and stood on the roof. There was a nice cool breeze. I stayed up there for what seemed like forever.

I watched my mom's car pull into the driveway. I quickly climbed back inside, knowing she didn't like me climbing on the roof.  I put the screen back into place and slide my window shut. Then I went downstairs to greet her.
